Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément structurel thermiquement compensé (1) comprenant un élément supérieur (2) et un élément inférieur (3). L'élément supérieur consiste en une section d'angle dotée d'une partie sensiblement horizontale (15) et une partie sensiblement verticale (16). L'élément inférieur (3) est conçu avec une partie de base (17) et une partie verticale (18). L'élément supérieur (2) et l'élément inférieur (3) sont tous deux connectés à des éléments de connexion (6, 7, 8, 9) de manière à compenser l'expansion/contraction induite thermiquement. La solution comprend, en outre, des caractéristiques qui contribuent à prévenir la distorsion de l'élément structurel. Les éléments structurels du type susmentionné peuvent être utilisés dans un cadre de base pour des couvercles qui sont utilisés dans des traitements thermiques tels que des couvercles de section s'utilisant dans des fours destinés à calciner des corps en carbone.
