Abstract

Un procédé d'épuration de matières solides particulaires contaminées par des hydrocarbures et de l'eau comprend l'utilisation d'une tarière (12) d'alimentation préchauffée, d'un premier séparateur (14) qui comporte une tarière et une source de chaleur, d'un premier système de récupération de vapeur et de condensation, d'un deuxième séparateur (30) qui comprend une tarière (26) et une source de chaleur et qui accepte les matières solides provenant du premier séparateur et fonctionne à une température élevée, et d'un deuxième système de récupération de vapeur et de condensation. Ce système est particulièrement utile pour épurer les matières solides des boues de forage, ces matières solides étant mélangées à de l'eau et du diesel.
