DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION
La présente invention a trait à un élément de rappel élastique pour relier une branche de lunettes à une monture. Plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, la présente invention peut être appliquée à des lunettes à vocation sportive et de prêt-à-porter optique afin d'assurer le maintien correct de la monture sur le visage de l'utilisateur et d'offrir un confort adéquat.
DESCRIPTION DE L'ART ANTÉRIEUIR
La présente invention se distingue de l'art antérieur et permet de contourner certains des désavantages rencontrés.
1 ~ Avec les lunettes à vocation sportive, on se heurte à un double problème.
On recherche tout d'abord un maintien correct de la monture sur le visage de l'utilisateur de sorte que la monture restera en place quels que soient les mouvements auxquels se livre l'utilisateur et en considération des efforts déployés. On recherche également un certain confort des lunettes. Outre les dimen lions et la morphologie spécifiques de la monture et des branches de lunettes, les éléments de rappel élastiques reliant les branches de lunettes à la monture jouent un rôle déterminant dans l'atteinte de ces objectifs.
Un exemple d'un élément de rappel élastique de l'art antérieur est divulguë
dans la demande de brevet française. Ledit élément est de type tenon et mortaise à
profil circulaire. Cet élément est muni à ses deux extrémités de saillies de forme cylindrique ou en queue d'aronde destinées à coopérer avec des évidements complémentaires réalisés respectivement au niveau de la branche de lunettes et de la monture. II est réversible par simple coulissement de l'un dans l'autre et les évidements ne débouchent que sur une seule face de la branche de lunettes et de la monture. Cet élément de rappel élastique est réalisé en polyéther block amide (ATOCHEM) et leurs faces latérales se présentent sous la 'forme d'un soufflet, leur conférant ainsi une action de rappel en permanence de la branche de lunettes vers l'intérieur de la monture.
D'autres types d'éléments de rappel élastiques existent dans le commerce mais ils sont généralement plus minces et ils offrent peu de rigidité. C:es éléments offrent une force de rappel insuffisante de la branche de lunettes vers la monture et ne permettent pas un maintien satisfaisant de la monture sur le visage de l'utilisateur.
SOMMAIRE DE L'INVENTION
Un objectif de la présente invention est de permettre à l'élément de rappel élastique de relier la branche de lunettes à la monture tout en offrant une action de rappel de la branche vers l'intérieur de la monture en produisant une force de rappel suffisante pour permettre aux branches de lunettes d'offrir un maintien satisfaisant de la monture sur le visage de l'utilisateur.
Pour atteindre cet objectif, la présente invention propose un élément de rappel '_'i> élastique pour relier une branche de lunettes à une monture comprenant -une première extrémité reliée à la monture selon le principe du tenon mortaise;
-une deuxième extrémité reliée à la branche de lunettes selon le principe du tenon mortaise;
-un corps central élastique entre la première extrémité et la deuxième extrémité, ledit corps central élastique permettant de pivoter la branche de lunettes depuis une position de repos fermée vers une position ouverte, le corps central élastique étant muni J
-d'une première arête de flexion adjacente à la première extrémité et permettant le pivotement de la première e:Ktrémité par rapport au corps central;
-d'une deuxième arête de flexion adjacente à la deuxième extrémité et permettant le pivotement de la deuxième extrémité par rapport au corps central; et -d'un moyen pour offrir une force de rappel de la branche de lunettes vers la monture lors du pivotement de la branche de lunettes depuis la position de repos fermée vers la position ouverte.

En se référant aux Figures 1 à 5, la présente invention propose un élément de rappel élastique 1 pour relier une branche de lunettes 2 à une monture 3 IO comprenant une première extrémité 4 reliée à la monture 3 selon le principe du tenon mortaise, la première extrémité ayant une saillie de profil rectangulaire pouvant s'engager dans un évidement 9 de forme correspondante dans la monture 3.
1 ~ L'élément de rappel 1 comprend aussi une deuxième extrémité 5 reliée à la branche de lunettes 2 selon le principe du tenon mortaise, la deuxième extrémité ayant une saillie de profil rectangulaire pouvant s'engager dans un évidement 10 de forme correspondante dans la branche de lunettes 2.
On retrouve un corps central élastique 6 entre la premiére extrémité 4 et la deuxième extrémité 5, ledit corps central élastique 6 permettant de pivoter fa branche de lunettes 2 depuis une position de repos fermée vers une position ouverte.
Le corps central élastique 6 est muni d'une première arête de flexion 7 adjacente à
la première extrémité 4 qui permet le pivotement de la première extrémité 1 par rapport au corps central élastique 6. Le corps central élastique 6 est aussi muni d'une deuxième arëte de flexion 8 adjacente à la deuxième extrémité 5 qui permet le pivotement de la deuxième extrémité 5 par rapport au corps central 6.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic return element for connecting a branch of glasses to a mount. More particularly, but not exclusively, the present invention can be applied to sports glasses and of ready-to-wear optics to ensure that the frame is properly face of the user and to provide adequate comfort.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
The present invention differs from the prior art and makes it possible to circumvent some disadvantages encountered.
1 ~ With sports glasses, there is a double problem.
We first look for a correct posture of the frame on the face of the user so that the mount will remain in place regardless of the movements which the user and the efforts made. We are looking for also a certain comfort of the glasses. In addition to dimen lions and morphology specific to the frame and glasses branches, the elements of recall elastic bands connecting the glasses to the frame play a role determining in achieving these goals.
An example of a resilient return element of the prior art is disclosed in the French patent application. Said element is of the tenon and mortise type profile circular. This element is provided at both ends with shaped projections cylindrical or dovetailed for cooperating with recesses complemented respectively at the level of the glasses branch and of Frame. It is reversible by simply sliding from one to the other and the recesses only open on one side of the eyeglass arm and of the mount. This elastic return element is made of polyether block amide (ATOCHEM) and their lateral faces are in the form of a bellows, their thus conferring a constantly recalling action of the branch of glasses towards inside the frame.
Other types of elastic return elements exist in the trade but they are generally thinner and offer little stiffness. These elements offer a insufficient restoring force of the eyeglass arm towards the frame and not allow a satisfactory maintenance of the frame on the face of the user.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to enable the recall element elastic to connect the branch of glasses to the mount while offering an action of reminder of the branch towards the inside of the mount, producing a restoring force sufficient to allow the glasses to offer a satisfactory support of the mount on the face of the user.
To achieve this objective, the present invention proposes an element of recall '_'i> elastic to connect a branch of glasses to a mount comprising a first end connected to the frame according to the tenon principle mortise;
a second end connected to the eyeglass branch according to the principle of mortise tenon;
an elastic central body between the first end and the second end end, said elastic central body for pivoting the branch of glasses from a closed rest position to an open position, the elastic central body being provided J
a first bending edge adjacent to the first end and pivoting the first e: Ktremity with respect to central body;
a second bending edge adjacent to the second end and allowing pivoting of the second end relative to the central body; and a means for providing a restoring force of the eyeglass branch towards the mount when pivoting the eyeglass branch since the rest position closed to the open position.

In the description that follows. the same reference numbers are given to the similar features shown on the drawings and to avoid to burden drawings some elements are not shown in the figures if they already have summer identified in the previous figures.
Referring to Figures 1 to 5, the present invention provides an element of elastic return 1 to connect a branch of glasses 2 to a mount 3 IO comprising a first end 4 connected to the frame 3 according to the principle of mortise tenon, the first end having a profile protrusion rectangular engageable in a recess 9 of corresponding shape in the mount 3.
