Abstract
L'invention concerne une électrophorèse à débit élevé dans laquelle une pluralité d'échantillons migrent à travers un milieu de séparation de très grande résistivité sous l'effet d'un champ électrique. De multiples passages d'électrophorèse sont exécutés au moyen d'un seul milieu de séparation. En utilisant un densitomètre optique ou d'autres systèmes de détection, des techniques automatiques d'analyse de données permettent d'obtenir des données quantitatives et qualitatives. Les températures de fonctionnement régulées et la géométrie réduite permettent d'atténuer l'imprécision de dispersion dans les données en bandes.
