Abstract

Un procédé d'amélioration de la convergence d'un annuleur d'écho dans un téléphone à haut-parleur duplex intégral, l'annuleur d'écho comprenant des parties de LEC (annuleur d'écho de ligne) et de AEC (annuleur d'écho acoustique), lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à capturer des coefficients durant le fonctionnement, à stocker les coefficients et à utiliser les coefficients stockés en tant que valeurs par défaut durant le démarrage d'un appel ultérieur. Selon le procédé de la présente invention, la quantité d'annulation d'écho nécessaire pour provoquer une sauvegarde des coefficients diminue avec le temps lorsqu'elle n'est pas obtenue par le système malgré la présence d'un signal de référence (c'est-à-dire, un signal de téléphone à haut-parleur).
