Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de purification multicanal haut débit. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un ensemble régulateur manostatique conçu notamment pour un système de purification multicanal haut débit. Cet ensemble régulateur manostatique assure la régulation la pression du fluide circulant dans le système de purification. L'appareil inclut un micro-échantillonneur utilisé dans un système de purification multicanal haut débit pour purifier une pluralité d'échantillons, quatre au moins de préférence, provenant d'une échantillothèque chimique. L'appareil comporte également un ensemble colonne de chromatographie en phase liquide à haut débit servant à séparer un gros échantillon d'un poids massique et d'un volume fluidique sélectionné. L'appareil comporte également un ensemble collecteur de fraction pourvu d'un châssis et d'une tête de distribution montée sur le châssis où elle est mobile autour de trois axes. Un poste de rinçage, solidaire du châssis, est positionné de façon à recevoir amovible le tube de distribution lorsque la tête de distribution est en position de rinçage. Un poste de manipulateur est installé contre un ensemble de distribution à chambre d'expansion de façon à maintenir les chambres d'expansion dans une position sélectionnée leur permettant d'être saisies par la tête de distribution lorsqu'elle est en position de saisie préalablement à une distribution de l'échantillon dans le récipient receveur.
