Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés destinés à des systèmes d'administration de médicament. Ces procédés comprennent les étapes consistant à : premièrement prélever et mesurer un volume prédéterminé de médicament liquide à partir d'un contenant (933) de médicament liquide dans une chambre (950) de mesure de volume ; et deuxièmement chasser le volume prédéterminé vers l'élément d'administration tel qu'une aiguille d'injection. La chambre (950) de mesure de volume peut fonctionner à la manière d'un ensemble piston et cylindre, dans lequel un contact fileté entre un bouton (966) de commande et une tige (934) de piston filetée permet de retirer progressivement le piston dans une mesure prédéterminée, ce qui permet de déterminer le volume de médicament. Une pression sur le même bouton (966) de commande entraîne un dégagement des filetages et une poussée du piston (952) vers l'avant produite par un ressort (960) pour chasser le volume prédéterminé de médicament à travers l'élément d'administration (p. ex. aiguille).
