Abstract

Cette seringue jetable à usage unique comprend un corps creux, un ensemble aiguille rétractable ainsi qu'un ensemble piston placés dans ce corps creux. L'ensemble piston possède une partie formant un bâti de forme allongée comprenant au moins une voie de guidage entre ses extrémités. Un élément d'escamotage est fixé, mais non à demeure, à une extrémité du bâti et un élément de prise comportant une tête de prise est mis en place par un guide conçu pour se déplacer dans la voie de guidage du bâti du piston. Une pièce en élastomère s'étend entre l'élément d'escamotage et l'élément de prise. Un ensemble de retenue part de l'extrémité opposée du bâti du piston et est configuré pour recevoir et immobiliser la tête de prise et, partant, mettre sous tension l'élément en élastomère. L'ensemble aiguille et l'élément d'escamotage sont pourvus de pièces complémentaires d'accouplement, la tension s'exerçant sur l'élément en élastomère étant, de ce fait, supprimée lorsque l'ensemble aiguille et l'élément d'escamotage s'accouplent, le système d'injection étant alors attiré dans le corps creux. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de production.
