Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une protéine formant un canal, présente dans des bactéries à Gram positif. Selon ce procédé, cette protéine est obtenue par a) surexpression hétérologue ou b) purification de la protéine contenue dans des mycobactéries, la température d'extraction étant supérieure à 50 ·C.
