Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé amélioré de production d'acides gras insaturés et un procédé de production de triglycérides à teneur plus élevée en acides insaturés. L'invention concerne la production d'un organisme transgénique, de préférence, d'une plante transgénique ou d'un micro-organisme transgénique à teneur plus élevée en acides gras, huiles ou lipides avec doubles liaisons .DELTA.6 en raison d'une .DELTA.-6-désaturase exprimée de la mousse. L'invention concerne également des organismes transgéniques qui contiennent un gène de .DELTA.6-désaturase, et l'utilisation des acides gras insaturés et triglycérides ayant une teneur plus élevée en acides gras insaturés obtenus selon le procédé.
