Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient monobloc plié et collé, pourvu de coins renforcés par des extensions (33) se repliant sur des joints autodépliables en coin (40) à soufflet et comprimant ces derniers, et des découpes (25) effectuées dans les quatre parois avant, arrière et d'extrémité. Les parois d'extrémité comportent des volets d'extrémité extérieure (26) saillant intégralement de la base et fixées de manière adjacente à l'avant ou à l'arrière des extensions (33) dotées, à une extrémité libre, de languettes saillantes (39) conçues pour se caler dans la base lorsque chaque extension est repliée sur un joint à soufflet (40) correspondant. Une languette d'introduction (35), adjacente à l'assemblage des extensions (33) et des parois d'extrémité extérieure (26), est formée dans chaque extension (33) pour s'introduire dans une ouverture correspondante (64) de la base d'un autre récipient empilé sur le premier. Les extensions (33) peuvent comporter au moins deux épaisseurs de matière, repliées latéralement vers l'intérieur et collées l'une contre l'autre pour un renforcement complémentaire.
