Abstract

L'invention concerne une usine de traitement de déchets comprenant une structure de fermentation (10, 56) qui comporte deux rangées de cellules refermables (12) servant au traitement des déchets afin de produire du biogaz. Ces deux rangées sont séparées par au moins deux voies de passage espacées verticalement (32, 34, 36). On peut surveiller les déchets dans chaque cellule (12) aux hauteurs respectives des voies de passage depuis la voie de passage correspondante (32, 34, 36). En outre, une des voies de passage peut contenir un dispositif de distribution de fluide (46, 48, 49) communiquant avec chaque cellule (12) afin de collecter le biogaz et de distribuer le produit de lixiviation. Dans une variante, on peut construire une seule rangée de cellules (12) adjacente à une serre (20) (ou à un autre bâtiment) de sorte que le biogaz provenant des cellules peut servir à réchauffer la serre (70) (ou d'autres conditionnements de l'énergie effectués dans l'autre bâtiment).
