Abstract

Contrôleur de communication servant à effectuer le chiffrement et le déchiffrement de paquets de données de communication devant être transférées dans un réseau (tel qu'un LAN : réseau local d'entreprise ou un WAN : réseau longue portée). Ce paquet de communication de données contient une première section de données non chiffrées et une deuxième section de données chiffrées. Ce contrôleur comprend une unité (186) LUT de code de session, ainsi qu'une section de transmission et de chiffrement comprenant une unité de commande (102) d'émission de lecture de données, une unité de compression de données (118), une unité de chiffrement de données (126), une unité de calcul (122) de valeur de vérification d'intégrité constituant une première configuration de série, un contrôleur de transmission de réseau (134) et de premiers moyens de commutation (108) permettant d'opérer une commutation entre deux modes d'opération, un premier mode d'opération exécutant la dérivation ou l'invalidation de la première configuration de série et validant la communication entre l'unité de commande (102) d'émission de lecture de données et le contrôleur de transmission de réseau (134) afin de transférer directement les données d'entrée à ce dernier, et un deuxième mode d'opération validant la communication entre l'unité de commande (102) d'émission de lecture de données par l'intermédiaire de la première configuration de série avec le contrôleur de transmission de réseau (134).
