Abstract

In the practice of rollerblading, we know that the way usual to brake is push against the ground a brake shoe installed at the rear of one of skates. The skater does it lifting the front of his foot, then pushing his heel forward On the ground. It is however very difficult for him to keep the front of his foot in raised position when exerts this push. His balance is also difficult to maintain. The braking is therefore reduced.
The present invention consists of a portable booster brake on which a skater can there lean and stop effortlessly. The device, designed so that it does not can only be used "squatting" position, legs wide apart, allows braking fast and powerful without great risk of falling.
