Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque de raffineur pour la face d'un disque de raffineur, comprenant une pluralité de segments de raffineur (10) agencés côte à côte sur la face du disque en vue de former une zone de raffinage sensiblement annulaire. Chaque segment de raffineur comprend une pluralité de barres (32, 34), de chicanes (46) et de rainures (36, 38) pour le raffinage d'un matériau ligno-cellulosique et la formation d'un parcours en zigzag pour la réception et la transmission de la vapeur générée au cours du processus de raffinage. Les chicanes définissent une série de lignes sensiblement arquées (56) s'étendant d'une position intermédiaire entre la jonction des zones d'entrée et de raffinage, vers le bord externe de la plaque de raffineur dans le sens de contre-rotation.
