Abstract

The invention concerns an articulated arm for transferring fluid products comprising two tubular sections (7, 8+2) mutually linked by a pivoted connection (3) with horizontal axis, and a balancing device (4, 10) linked with each of the tubular sections to compensate torque variations about the pivoted connection axis while the two sections are rotating relatively. The invention is characterised in that the balancing device comprises a U-shaped spring (10) with two branches (11, 12) whereof the ends (11A, 12A) are each connected to a respective section.

Claims (7)

1. Bras articulé de transfert de produits fluides, liquides ou gazeux comportant deux tronçons tubulaires (7, 8+2) raccordés l'un à l'autre par un joint tournant (3) d'axe horizontal, et un dispositif d'équilibrage (4, 10) relié à
chacun des tronçons tubulaires pour compenser des variations de couple autour de l'axe du joint tournant lors d'une rotation relative entre les tronçons, caractérisé en ce que ce dispositif d'équilibrage comporte un ressort (10) de forme en U ayant deux: branches (11, 12) dont les extrémités (11A, 12A) sont chacune reliées à un tronçon respectif.
2. Bras selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des extrémités du ressort en forme de U est articulée (13, 14) sur son tronçon respectif, autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe du joint tournant.
3. Bras selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins des extrémités du ressort en forme de U comporte une pluralité de logements (15, 16) pour fa réception d'un organe (13, 14) pour sa liaison au tronçon tubulaire respectif.
4. Bras selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chacune des extrémités des branches du ressort en forme de U comporte une pluralité
de logements pour fa réception d'un organe pour sa liaison au tronçon tubulaire respectif.

Bras selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux tronçons tubulaires sont respectivement munis, de part et d'autre du joint tournant, de pattes d'attache (20, 21) conformées en sorte que les deux branches (11, 12) du ressort en forme de U soient sensiblement disposées dans un même plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du joint tournant.
6. Bras selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (10) en forme de U est en matériau composite.
7. Bras selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (10) en forme de U est revêtu d'une gaine silicone.
