Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de conférer des cellules de primate à une souris immunodéprimée. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à: (a) préparer une souris immunodéprimée en lui administrant un anticorps contre la chaîne béta du récepteur (IL-2) de l'interleukine 2 de la souris, et plus particulièrement, l'anticorps monoclonal TM-.beta.1 de la souris et/ou en la soumettant à un rayonnement gamma; et (b) à administrer, par injection dans la rate de la souris immunodéprimée pré-traitée des cellules de primate. Ces cellules de primate proviennent, de préférence, d'un donneur primate et ce donneur peut avoir été immunisé par un antigène bien défini. Ce procédé permet d'augmenter de manière appropriée des lymphocytes B de primates chez un modèle animal avec rapidité et sans égal. D'autres modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des souris immunodéprimées obtenues par le procédé susmentionné et également l'utilisation de ces dernières comme modèles animaux, des cultures de lymphocytes B de primates ainsi produits et des anticorps monoclonaux de primates dérivés de ces dernières.
