Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de poursuite de traits sur plusieurs trames d'images apparentées, par développement d'un réseau dense de traits et de leurs trajectoires sous la forme d'une grille déformable à espacements réguliers, dans laquelle les vecteurs de chaque point de trait nodal de la grille sont dérivés par un processus apparenté au flux optique. Le réseau de traits dense qui en résulte peut être appliqué à des techniques telles que la poursuite de formes bidimensionnelles sur des trames, l'estimation de trajectoires tridimensionnelles de points de traits choisis, l'estimation de trajectoires de caméras tridimensionnelles à partir de multiple points de traits ou la récupération de structures de scènes tridimensionnelles estimées (y compris les profondeurs estimées de surfaces d'objets) à partir de données de poursuite de traits.
