Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de réacteur multi-site (60) présentant une commande dynamique, indépendante et informatisée de chaque site de réaction, et permettant de réaliser différents profils thermiques sur des échantillons, simultanément en différents sites de réaction. Le système comprend des récipients réactionnels (2) destinés à contenir des mélanges réactionnels, et des modules échangeurs thermiques (37) destinés à recevoir lesdits récipients. Chaque module échangeur thermique (37) comprend une paire de plaques thermiques entre lesquelles l'un des récipients (2) est inséré, des éléments de chauffage couplés à une ou deux plaques, pour le chauffage du mélange réactionnel contenu dans le récipient, un ventilateur pour le refroidissement de la plaque et du mélange, ainsi qu'un détecteur de température pour la mesure de la température de la plaque. Le système comprend également un régulateur (64) pour commander indépendamment chaque module échangeur thermique (37) en vue de chauffer et/ou de refroidir le mélange réactionnel qu'il contient. Le régulateur (64) comprend un programme de régulation adaptable en vue de régler dynamiquement la durée ou l'intensité des impulsions d'énergie fournies à chaque élément de chauffage et de régler dynamiquement la durée de fonctionnement du ventilateur afin d'atteindre rapidement et avec précision les températures cibles sans dépassement ni sous-dépassement de la valeur cible.
