Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant susceptible de se résorber et souple, en forme de feuille continue macroporeuse. L'implant est adapté de manière à empêcher l'interposition, sur les malformations de tissus biologiques, notamment les malformations osseuses dans le système squelettique d'un mammalien, de tissus mous contigus pendant la réparation in vivo. La membrane possède des pores à diamètre compris entre 20 et 3000 micromètres. Cette porosité est telle que les cellules du système vasculaire et des tissus conjonctifs dérivées des tissus mous contigus, y compris du périoste, peuvent proliférer à travers la membrane dans la malformation osseuse. L'épaisseur de la feuille est telle qu'elle possède à la fois une souplesse suffisante pour présenter une forme lui permettant de se conformer à la configuration d'une région squelettique devant subir une réparation, et une résistance à la traction suffisante pour lui permettre de présenter cette forme sans être endommagée. La feuille présente une résistance mécanique inhérente suffisante pour supporter, sans s'affaisser, une pression provenant de muscles contigus.
