Description
ADVERTISEMENT APPARATUS USING MEDIUM OF
DRINK INSTRUMENT AND THE OPERATION METHOD
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method, and more particularly, to an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method which is capable of producing and selling the drink instrument having the medium on which an advertising draft is displayed, and managing and integrating over Internet the database built by the information provided between objects (e.g., an advertising agency, a customer, and a drink company) through the medium, thereby optimizing the acknowledgment effect of off line and on-line advertisements and providing various benefits to the customer (consumer).
Background of the Invention As well known, the advertisement intended to sell predetermined goods to customers is divided into a printing advertisement using a printing medium, an advertising method (which is referred to as off line advertising method) using a public wave, and a recently introduced advertising method (which is referred to as on-line advertising method) developed on the Web site over Internet.
The off line advertising method is processed in such a manner that an advertising agency sends and distributes an advertisement irrespective of the intention of a customer, and the on-line advertising method is processed in such a manner that the customer requests the information on a desired advertisement to the advertising agency. In more detail, even if the advertising agency carries out the marketing investigation for a predetermined product, the oil line advertisement is continued even in the state where the advertising agency does not accurately recognize customer's desired information and goods. On the other hand, the on-line advertisement fails to search the position of the goods and information which is demanded by the customer on the Web site accurately and at a rapid speed. Therefore, the off line and on-line advertising methods do not meet the demand of the advertising agency for the increment of advertising effect at a low outlay for the advertisement as well as the demand of the customer for the selection of only the advertisement necessary to him in the numerous information.
For instance, in the drink industrial fields most of the customers generally purchase the drinks depending upon the brand of the drink and in order to improve the sale rate, the drink companies invest a tremendous expense every year for the development of a new product to provide a new taste to the customer and the selection of the brand of the new product, while bearing an enormous expense for the advertisement and marketing. However, since it is difficult to recognize and properly meet the purchase pattern of the customer which is varied momentarily, if the sale strategy fails, the image of the company and product is degraded and the loss of the advertisement outlay occurs, thereby resulting in an immense damage result.
Therefore, the advertising agency recently adopts the off line advertising method through a predetermined medium as well as introduces the on-line advertisement over Internet on which the number of users increases according to the Internet technology and the supply of infrastructure. By way of example, if a Web user who enters a Web site where various advertisements are carried clicks a predetermined advertisement, a predetermined message and advertising contents are displayed or connection to a predetermined home page linked is made to provide the desired advertisement.
In the off line advertisement method, however, since the desired advertisement by the advertising agency is exposed one-sidedly to unspecified persons, there occurs a problem that the advertisement effect equal to or greater than the invested advertisement expense can not be achieved. On the other hand, in the on-line advertisement method for implementing a predetermined advertisement on the Web site where various advertisements are carned, since an one-sided advertisement is provided to a Web user connected to the Web site even in the state where the desire or intention of the Web user is not accurately recognized, the following problems are arisen: 'The advertisement effect is reduced; since the connection to the Web site increases when compared with the processing capacity of the corresponding system, the transmission speed of the Web site decreases; and since unsatisfied conditions are provided to the Web user, an image for the Web site itself may be damaged.
In addition, in the case where the advertisement is inserted in a site with specified contents, since heavy endeavor and cost should be required until the site is popular and the popularity winning process is also carried out irrespective of the intention of the advertisement agency, there is a possibility that the advertising method using the site with the specified contents is ineffective. On the other hand, in the case where the advertisement is inserted in the popular site, there occurs a problem that an immense advertisement expense is required.
Moreover, if a Web user who enters a Web site over Internet clicks the advertisement carried on the Web site, a method for saving the points or for giving a compensation for the advertisement viewing is adopted. However, since a class who is not desired to purchase predetermined goods introduced by the advertisement pays much attention to a given premium which is obtained upon the click, this method arises the problems that the advertisement effect is weak and it is difficult to check an imaginary number for the real advertisement rating, which will result in the limitations of the advertisement effect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, an object of the invention is to provide an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method which is capable of providing a primary advertisement to a customer with the medium (which is also referred to as ADDCAN) on which a predetermined advertising draft is displayed attached to the drink instrument, as an off line medium easily approaching the customer, and inducing the visiting to a Web site written on the back side of the medium and providing various information on the advertisement on the Web site and event benefit to the customer, thereby obtaining secondary and tertiary advertisement acknowledging effect.
Another object of the invention is to provide an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method in which a customer collects the advertisement goods for the off line medium, checks the present state of the advertisement goods in the state collected at his predetermined site, and exchanges a real thing and the predetermined medium on which an advertising draft is displayed with another Web user and/or customer on the Web site, which suggests a new collection culture and provides more commercial benefits to the customer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 a is a block diagram illustrating a schematic construction of an advertisement apparatus using a medium of drink instrument according to the present invention.
As shown, an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument includes: a Web system 100 for managing/integrating and operating the information among objects such as a customer, an advertising agency and a drink company through an ADDCAN medium attached on a predetermined drink instrument over Internet;
the drink company 200 connecting to the Web system 100 via a network and for providing an advertising side in accordance with a predetermined information; the advertising agency 300 for providing it's own advertisement or a third advertisement on the advertising side provided by the drink company 200; a member 400 connecting to the Web system 100 via a network to complete a member registration procedure and for receiving the advertisement provided from the drink company 200 and the advertising agency 200 and the service provided on an on-line; a database 500 for sorting and storing a predetermined data of the drink company 200, the advertising agency and the member 400 and an analyzing data for an ADDCAN 640; and a drink supplier 600 for manufacturing and supplying the drink instrument on which the ADDCAN
640 is mounted by the analyzing material of the Web system 100.
The drink supplier 600 is comprised of a printing plant 610 which prints and produces the ADDCAN 640 based upon the design requested by the advertising agency 300, if an advertisement ordering is generated from the advertising agency 300; a can manufacturing plant 620 for manufacturing a body of a predetermined drink instrument to be delivered to the drink company 200 and manufacturing an ADDEND
by inserting the ADDCAN 640 into the end of the drink instrument; and a drink plant 630 for filling and sealing a drink into the body and ADDEND provided from the can manufacturing plant 620 to supply the drink product to a market 700.
On the other hand, the ADDCAN 640 is formed, as represented by the cover of a drink instrument disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 99-35332, in such a manner that a predetermined shape having a predetermined width on the cover of the drink instrument is cut, toward the center portion of the body, on an outer peripheral surface of one side of the body of a substantially disc shape, a drink discharging hole is formed on the end portion of the inside of the cover, with having a rotation guider formed curvedly in a predetermined curvature for guiding the rotation operation, and an advertising side having a predetermined area is formed on the one side of the drink discharging hole, on which an advertising design or character is printed or an attached material is placed. On the other hand, as illustrated in a foreign material absorption preventing structure (which is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Application No.
2000-2006), the can cover comprises a different shape paper which can be separated from the cover, for preventing the foreign materials from being absorbed to the top surface of the can cover.
So as to manufacture the can cover as constructed in the above to be unitary with the can body during the can end manufacturing process, there is a conventionally developed can manufacturing method (which is disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 99-51022 entitled to can provided with can cover and method for manufacturing the can), whereby the can cover is rotatably assembled as a unitary body between the top surface and tap of the can end. In addition, there is a conventionally proposed can cover mounting method and apparatus capable of rotatably mounting the can cover on the top surface of the can end in simple and rapid manners (which is disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 99-58534).
As shown in Fig. lb, on the other hand, the database 500 contains the information specified into a member information DB SOOa, an ADDCAN information DB SOOb, a premium event information DB SOOc, an advertising agency information DB SOOd and a drink company information DB SOOe. The member information DB
SOOa contains a member basic information DB, a member ADDCAN retaining information DB and a point DB. The ADDCAN information DB SOOb contains an ADDCAN basic information DB and an ADDCAN advertising image DB, and the advertising agency information DB SOOd contains an advertising agency basic information DB and an advertisement order received information DB. The drink company information DB SOOe contains a drink company basic information DB and a drink order received information DB, and the premium event information DB SOOc contains an event joining member DB and a premium winning member list DB.
Fig. 2 is an exemplary view illustrating the relationship between the Web system and the drink company in Fig. 1. As shown, the drink company 200 provides and requests basic information, as an advertising side provider, and receives the drink instrument on which the ADDCAN 640 is mounted from the can manufacturing plant 620. The Web system 100 provides to the drink company 200 the sale state of the drink supplied and sold from the drink company 200 to the market 700, the analysis of the advertisement erect and various analyzing data for the customer's reaction.
The above construction further comprises the database 500 which stores and provides the above-mentioned data to the Web system 100 and a system (server) 200a which is provided to the drink company 200.
Fig. 4 is an exemplary view illustrating the relationship between the Web system and the advertisement company in Fig. 1. As shown, the advertising agency 300 performs a basic information input of the advertising agency, an advertisement request, an advertisement schedule searching, an advertisement effect searching, premium event registration, a premium event schedule searching, an ADDCAN
manufacturing request, etc. The Web system 100 provides to the advertising agency 300 various information such as the authentication of the advertising agency, a premium event advertising list, an ADDCAN manufacturing result, an advertisement sale state, an advertisement schedule, ADDCAN items of the advertising agency, a premium winning member list, etc. A predetermined interface is provided between the Web system 100 and the database S00 connected to the Web system 100. Thus, the Web system 100 stores advertising agency registration data, advertising request data., ADDCAN data, premium event data, customer ADDCAN registration data, premium event winning member list data via the interface to the database 500. On the other hand, the database 500 processes the information on the advertising agency authentication, advertisement schedule state, advertising premium event schedule, advertising agency ADDCAN items, advertisement sale state, premium event winning member and the like from the stored data, upon the request of a predetermined authenticated object, to thereby provide the processed data to the Web system 100.
A reference numeral 300a which is not explained in the drawing represents the system provided to the advertising agency 300.
Fig. 6 is an exemplary view illustrating the relationship between the Web system and the customer in Fig. 1. As shown, the customer 400 purchases the drink on which the ADDCAN 640 is mounted in the market 700 to thereby recognize the printed advertisement on the ADDCAN 640 and then connects to the Web system based upon the Web site written on the ADDCAN 640 to thereby enjoy the various information on the advertisement and the premium event benefits. The database stores all data inputted by the customer 400 and provides the processed data of the ADDCAN member information to the Web system 100, upon supply of the service and event to the ADDCAN member.
On the other hand, Figs. 12a to 12g show the ADDCAN provided according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention and the ADDCAN advertisement images displayed on the Web system which are classified by sizes, colors and capacities. Of course, they may be displayed by sizes in the different ways in accordance with the searching conditions of the customer and/or the advertising agency.
Figs. 14a to 14e are exemplary views each illustrating the state where the ADDCAN in Fig. 12 is attached on the various drinking instruments. As shown, the ADDCAN of any of various shapes which has a predetermined advertising draft on the surface thereof is attached on a predetermined position of the drink instrument such as a can type drink instrument (Figs. 14a to 14c), a bottle type drink instrument (Fig. 14d) and wrapping paper (Fig. 14).
An explanation of the operation method for an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument will be in detail discussed with reference to Figs. 1 a to 17.
Referring first to Figs. 2 to 3b, a process where the drink company connects the Web system to follow the necessary procedure for a drink company authentication and to carry out information searching will be hereinafter discussed.
The drink company 200 receives the drink instrument on which the ADDCAN
640 is mounted from the can manufacturing plant 620 and supplies the drink instrument to the market 700. To this end, the drink company 200 should have the right as an advertising side provider of the ADDCAN 640. Thus, the drink company 200 requests a predetermined necessary procedure for the advertising side provider, at the connection state to the Web system 100 (step 202).
According to the request, the drink company 200 fully acknowledges the items of official announcement, agreement and use information as the advertising side provider and inputs basic information such as a corporation name, a representative name, a business type name, a business condition name, telephone number, address, Web site address, E-mail address, a can manufacturing plant name connected in business dealings and the like (steps 204 and 206).
At this time, the drink company 200 and the operator of the Web system 100 provide only the information required in the registration form, as inscribed in the agreement. Of course, the registered information of the drink company 200 should not be utilized for the information misuse, defamation, information leakage, and intentional offense against the law.
If the application for entrance is completed after the input of the basic information of the drink company 200 ('yes' in step 208), the Web system 100 issues ID and password according to a predetermined code system to the drink company 200, and the drink company 200 can connect to the Web system 100 as a second grade member by using the issued ID and password (steps 210 to 214).
However, since the drink company 200 is in the state before a real contract to the Web system 100 is made, the drink company 200 should utilize only the information and service which can be read as the advertising side provider.
Thereby, if the drink company 200 completes the real contract as the advertising side provider with the operator of the Web system 100 ('yes' in step 216), the Web system 100 gives the drink company 200 a first grade to thereby upgrade the member grade and enlarge the information and service range which can be read by the drink company 200, informs the drink company 200 of the result, and stores the contents in the drink company information DB SOOe (steps 218 to 224). For example, in case where the drink company 200 is a first grade member under the substantial contract, the drink company 200 obtains the information of advertisement schedule, premium event schedule, drink sale state and searches the past, present and future materials for the ADDCAN-mounted drink product in various conditions such as country, climate, area, age, etc. However, the second grade member can search only the past materials thereon.
If the drink company 200 is to make a substantial contract as the advertising side provider, it is desirable that the drink company 200 inputs the detailed data such as the drink kinds by production plants of the drink company, distribution area by the drink kinds, yearly distribution quantity by distribution regions, total sale quantity of the drink company by years/quarters, a business type and so on. The operator of the Web system ensures that the information is not leaked from the outside.
In this case, if the substantial contract is completed, the drink company 200 has an exclusive right for the drink kind against one product of a rival company, and if the drink kind has been registered in another company, the drink company 200 can not possess the exclusive right therefor.
On the other hand, in the state where the drink company 200 is authenticated, if the drink company 200 connects to the Web system 100 and requests the predetermined information searching, the Web system 100 receives the processed data from the database 500 to thereby provide the received data to the corresponding drink company 200 (steps 230 to 238). For instance, in the case where the drink company 200 checks the order situation of the ADDCAN 640 to be mounted on its own drink instrument, the Web system 100 extracts and processes the desired information from the advertisement ordering information DB where the ADDCAN ordering information requested from the advertising agency 300 is stored and then provides the processed information to the drink company 200.
By checking the region on where his drink is delivered, the time when it is supplied, and the advertisement type of the drink, the drink company 200 can predict the drink sale effect and utilize the predicted result as basic materials for sale strategy, marketing object selection and distribution system building.
On the other hand, the advertising agency 300 connects to the Web system 100 to follow a member registration procedure and thereby enjoys the right and information service as an advertising agency member.
An explanation of the advertising agency registration procedure will be discussed with reference to Figs. 4 to Sd.
First, the advertising agent 300 connects to the Web system 100 by using its own system 300a and requests a predetermined authentication procedure for the advertising agency registration (step 302).
According to the request, the advertising agency 300 fully acknowledges the items of official announcement, agreement and use information as the advertising agency member and inputs basic information such as an advertising agency name, a business type name, a business condition name, telephone number, address, agency address, E-mail address, a person name in charge, ID and password and the like (steps 304 and 306). At this time, the advertising agency 300 and the operator of the Web system 100 provide only the information required in the registration form, as inscribed in the agreement and of course, the registered information of the advertising agency 300 should not be utilized for the information misuse, defamation, information leakage, and intentional offense against the law.
Thereafter, if the application for entrance is completed after the input of the basic information of the advertising agency 300 ('yes' in step 308), the Web system 100 issues ID and password according to a predetermined code system to the advertising agency 300, and the advertising agency 300 can connect to the Web system 100 as a second grade member by using the issued ID and password (steps 310 to 314).
However, since the advertising agency 300 is in the state before a real contract to the Web system 100 is made, the advertising agency 300 should use only the limited information and service as the advertising agency.
Thereby, if the advertising agency 300 completes the real contract as the advertising agency with the operator of the Web system 100, the Web system 100 gives the advertising agency a first grade to thereby upgrade the member grade and enlarge the information readable and service range, informs the advertising agency 300 of the result, and stores the contents in the advertising agency basic information DB
(steps 316 to 324). For example, in case where the advertising agency 300 is a first grade member under the substantial contract, the advertising agency 300 obtains the information of advertisement schedule, premium event schedule, drink sale state and searches the materials for the ADDCAN-mounted drink instrument in various conditions such as country, climate, area, age, etc.
On the other hand, in the state where the advertising agency 300 is authenticated as the advertising agency member, the advertising agency 300 logs on to the Web system 100 by using the its own grade ID and password and requests the predetermined advertisement on the on-line.
Refernng to Fig. Sb, the advertisement request procedure will be discussed.
First, the advertising agency 300 logs on to the Web system 100, inputs its own grade ID and password and requests the advertisement according to a searching condition (steps 330 to 334). Then, the Web system 100 checks whether the advertising agency 300 is authenticated on the basis of the advertising agency basic information DB (step 352).
If it is checked that the advertising agency 300 is authenticated, the advertisement schedule is searched (step 354). At this time, the service according to the member grade (first and second grades), as mentioned in the drink company authentication procedure, is provided to the advertising agency 300. That is, the first grade advertising agency obtains the information of advertisement schedule, premium event schedule, drink sale state and searches the past, present and future materials for the ADDCAN-mounted drink instrument in various conditions such as country, climate, area, age, etc. However, the second grade advertising agency which has ID
and password and serving only as the advertising side provider, can search only the past materials thereon.
Continually, after the schedule searching is completed, the advertising agency 300 input the advertisement condition and request the advertisement (steps 356 and 358). In this case, the advertisement condition can selectively request six advertisement types such as off line advertisement, advertisement searching menu advertisement, advertisement information menu advertisement, link to home page, member room and advertisement erect analysis advertisement. For example, the advertisement condition is classified into a full package condition containing all of the above discussed advertisement types, an A-package condition containing all advertisement types except the advertisement effect analysis advertisement, a B-package condition containing all advertisement types except the member room and the advertisement effect analysis advertisement, a C-package condition containing only the off line advertisement, the advertisement searching menu advertisement and the advertisement information menu advertisement, a D-package condition containing only the off line advertisement and the advertisement searching menu advertisement, and an E-package condition containing only the off line advertisement.
The advertising agency selects any of the advertisement conditions as discussed above and inputs drink company, drink kind, country, climate, region, period, quantity, etc. to thereby request the advertisement. Then, the Web system 100 stores the advertisement request contents in the advertisement order received information DB, informs the advertising agency 300 of the stored contents, and starts the advertisement according to the advertisement condition selected by the advertising agency 300 (steps 360 to 364). At this time, if advertising agencies A, B and C all request the ADDCAN
advertisement on the same period, country and region, since the sale amount of the ADDCAN 640 in the market 700 within the designated region is defined, the order for two or more advertisement can not be received in the same advertising region, period and drink.
In the case where the advertising agency 300 inputs an advertisement unit cost, an advertisement quantity, and a premium scale to request the advertisement, the operator of the Web system 100 determines whether the advertisement order is received on the basis of the advertisement unit cost on the off line state and informs the determined result to the advertising agency 300. At this time, if two or more advertising agencies request the advertisement on the top limit of the advertisement cost fixed by the Web system 100, the Web system 100 selects an appropriate advertising agency of them on the basis of the premium scale.
Thereby, the competition among the advertising agencies causes the Web system 100 to select the advertising agency having a more good advertising condition, such that much benefits are provided to the customer.
On the other hand, if the advertising agency 300 for which the authentication is checked is to receive the advertisement sale state information, the advertising agency 300 inputs the analysis condition, for example, country, region, period, scale, male/female, age, business, climate, premium item (steps 342 and 344).
Thereby, the Web system 100 provides an advertisement sale state list corresponding to the searching conditions inputted, with reference to the member ADDCAN retaining information DB, to the advertising agency 300 (steps 346 and 350). In other words, the advertising agency 300 can search the advertising sale state sold to teen-age girls during the period from March l, 2000 to March 31, 2000 in Seoul, Korea. The advertisement sale state list is graphic-processed by using a global information system (GIS) or table-processed, thereby providing an accurate sale state.
In addition to the advertisement sale state, the advertising agency 300 can inquire the ADDCAN advertisement items. At this time, the Web system 100 provides the advertised contents by the ADDCAN images, countries, regions and climates, the customer registration state and the advertisement effect, with reference to the advertising agency information DB, to the advertising agency 300 (steps 336 to 340).
The advertising agency 300 can of course plan a more effective marketing strategy, based upon the advertisement sale state and the ADDCAN advertisement items.
Fig. Sc is a flowchart illustrating a predetermined ADDCAN design procedure where the advertising agency 300 requests the design of the ADDCAN or directly makes the design thereof.
As shown, if the advertising agency 300 logs on to the Web system 100 and is authenticated (step 370), the advertising agency 300 requests the ADDCAN
design manufacturing on which the predetermined advertisement is inserted. At this time, the advertising agency 300 selects a basic advertising form of the ADDCAN 640 (step 372). Since the ADDCAN having various shapes is provided, the advertising agency side can extend the advertisement selection range.
Thereafter, if the advertising agency 300 requests the design for the selected ADDCAN, the Web system 100 executes the design operation for the ADDCAN to design the same ADDCAN as requested (steps 374 and 376). The designed ADDCAN
is sent over the on-line to the advertising agency 300, and at this time, the advertising agency determines whether the ADDCAN design is the same as originally requested.
After the determination, if the ADDCAN design is selected by the advertising agency, it is stored and managed in the ADDCAN advertisement image DB ('yes' in step 378), but if not selected, the Web system 100 executes the re-design for the ADDCAN
until an optimized ADDCAN design is provided ('no' in step 378).
To the contrary, the ADDCAN design operation can be performed directly by the advertising agency 300 (steps 384 to 392).
In other words, as shown in Fig. Sd, if the advertising agency 300 connects to the Web system 100 and clicks an ADDCAN advertisement manufacturing page, an advertisement design ordering program 384 (which is down loaded to the advertising agency) on which the advertisement is ordered on the Web site is driven.
The advertising agency 300 carries out the design operation by using the advertisement design ordering program and a compatible executive program, for example, a photoshop, illustrator, Corel draw, etc. and consults standard design plans obtained by a sample advertisement searching, if necessary.
The design operation is carried out within the advertisement design line indicated on the ADDCAN model with reference to the ADDCAN advertisement manufacturing page 300b, and a real advertisement cutting portion is a portion indicated by a dotted line within the advertisement design.
If the design operation is completed, the advertising agency 300 down-loads a proposed document and exhibits an advertisement ordering intention to thereby transmit the fact to the Web system 100. At this time, the designed ADDCAN
model is stored in the ADDCAN advertisement image DB, only in the case where it meets the design condition of the Web system 100.
On the other hand, an explanation of a member authentication procedure for the customer who purchases the ADDCAN product and an ADDCAN product registration procedure will be discussed with reference to Figs. 6 to 7b.
As shown in Fig. 6, only in the state where the customer who purchases the ADDCAN product takes the steps of the member registration and the ADDCAN
product registration to the Web system 100, he can join the premium event as will be hereinafter discussed and return a predetermined commercial compensation share.
As shown in Fig. 7, the customer purchases the ADDCAN product at the market 700 (step 402), connects to a Web site written in the ADDCAN and inputs basic information necessary for the member registration on the Web system 100, for example, name, age, male/female, desired ID, password, address, birth yearldate, occupation, occupation type, telephone number/E-mail, purchased drink, collected ADDCAN advertisement registration and the like (steps 404 to 408).
Thereafter, if the entrance application is completed after the personal information input, the Web system 100 registers the ID and password of the customer, and the customer can connect to the Web system 100 by using the registered ID
and password to thereby enjoy all services on the on-line (steps 410 to 412).
At this time, as discussed in the above, the registered information by the customer should not be of course utilized for the information misuse, defamation, information leakage, and intentional offense against the law.
Moreover, while the registered customer (member) joins the event prepared by the operator of the Web system 100, he provides the information on the male/female, age, country and region, collected advertisement material, advertisement visit site name, etc. to the Web system 100. In this case, the operator of the Web system 100 should clearly state that the information provided by the member customer may be provided to the drink company 200 and the advertising agency 300 as processed information, for the purpose of utilizing the provided information as the materials for a good quality of service, a new event planning and a premium list selection.
On the other hand, Fig. 7b shows the ADDCAN product registration procedure for the registered member.
First, if the customer who purchases the ADDCAN product is to register the purchased product, the authenticated customer member registers the ADDCAN
product with reference to the ADDCAN information DB SOOb. At this time, the code value for the residence place of the member is given upon the log-in of the member and only the ADDCAN product shipped in the corresponding place is searched (steps 420 to 424). If it is searched that the ADDCAN product exists in the corresponding place, the searched result is stored in the ADDCAN retaining information DB
('yes' in step 426), but if the member is to register the ADDCAN product shipped in another region or if it is searched that the ADDCAN product does not exist in his residence place, he searches the ADDCAN product on the another region by using the global information system and registers the ADDCAN product to the ADDCAN information DB SOOb on the corresponding region ('no' in step 426 and steps 428 to 432).
Fig. 7c shows the ADDCAN product searching and registration procedure on another region. The search for the another region ADDCAN product is carned out by using the GIS system, and for example, in the case where the customer searches the another region ADDCAN product information (step 440), if he selects adjacent region global information according to the searching type selection (step 442), the ADDCAN
sale state distributed on the whole globe is graphic-processed and displayed on the map of the world with reference to the ADDCAN information DB SOOb. In this case, if a magnifying searching menu is selected, more detailed information can be read (steps 448 to 452). Contrarily, if he inputs a predetermined country name or a predetermined region name by keyword searching (step 444), the corresponding information can be read. If the searching for the ADDCAN product information is completed by the adjacent region global information searching and the keyword searching, the searched result is stored in the ADDCAN information DB (step 454).
On the other hand, the member logs on to the Web system, acknowledges predetermined premium event information, and joins in the premium event to receive a predetermined premium (see Fig. 8a) First, the Web system 100, the advertising agency 300 and the customer joining in the premium event as an object or joiner start the schedule searching for the premium event (step 460). After the schedule searching, the Web system 100 or the advertising agency 300 establishes the event contents and range, for example, by countries, regions, event periods, drinks, ages and climate to input the premium event conditions, thereby functioning as the object of the event. The input event conditions are stored in the premium event information DB (steps 462 to 470).
The premium event can be held by the operator of the Web system 100, as a general rule, but if the advertising agency 300 or the drink company 200 desires to hold the premium event, he can hold the premium event after the approval of the Web system 100 (steps 482 to 490)(see Fig. 8b).
The member joins in the event held by the Web system 100, the advertising agency 300 or the drink company 200 (step 468), and the Web system 100 informs the prize winning member determined by a predetermined lottery method among the members corresponding to the prize winning conditions that he wins the prize.
Typically, the lottery method selects a method (which may be another method according to event situation) of determining the points of the member stored in the point DB (steps 468 to 472).
The point DB adds and calculates the points obtained upon the ADDCAN
registration of member, the points obtained upon the Web system visiting, the points obtained upon advertisement click, and the points upon event advertisement click.
Only in the case where the points of members are contained in the range of premium awarding object, the predetermined lottery for the members is held.
If any one of the members contained in the range of premium awarding object wins a prize, the Web system 100 informs the winning fact to the corresponding member ('yes' in step 474). Then, after the prize winning member shows his real ADDCAN products collected and managed by an ADDCAN collecting tool (see Figs.
15a to 15d) to the Web system operator, he can receive the predetermined premium (steps 476 and 478). Thereby, the points of the member receiving the premium are automatically subtracted/stored by the points corresponding to the premium from his original points (step 480). At this time, in the case where the prize winning member rejects the receipt of the premium or the real ADDCAN product collected by the ADDCAN collecting tool and his points are not checked, the corresponding premium is awarded to next customer.
The ADDCAN collecting tool having various shapes, as shown in Figs. 15a to 15d, are provided to thereby collect the ADDCAN of the size of a real one. For example, examples of the ADDCAN collecting tool are an album-type collecting book 640a (which is shown in Fig. 1 Sa) for collecting a predetermined number of ADDCAN
on a predetermined page, a can-type collecting can 640b (which is shown in Fig. 15b), collecting paper 640c and 640d (which are shown in Figs. 15c and 15d), all of which are provided free of charge by the Web system operator.
As discussed in the above, the customer and the advertising agency 300 which join in the premium event allow the searching for the advertisement schedule and link to the home page of the advertising agency 300, thereby improving the advertisement effect and the product sale rate and recognition of the advertising agency 300.
The members who connect to the Web site for joining in the premium event can maintain their expectation for the premium event, thereby preventing the withdrawal from the membership.
The Web system 100 publishes the prize winning names upon the delivery of the premiums to the prize winning members and discloses the interview contents, if requested by the prize winning members, thereby improving the recognition rate for the advertising agency, the Web system and the ADDCAN product. The deliver of the premiums to the prize winning members means that the profits generated on the Web system 100 are returned to the members, and even the member who does not win any prize in the event can continuously check his point order to keep his expectation for the premium. This provides various synergy effects to the customer.
In addition, the advertising agency 300 receives, for a predetermined period, the request for the advertisement contents (advertisement products) which are desired to be seen from the customers connected to the Web system 100, and formalizes the request as a predetermined product advertising list, such that the advertising agency can pre-check the advertisement contents desired by the customers and issue the ordering for the corresponding product. For instance, in the case where the customers connecting to the Web system 100 desire to see the advertisements for the products such as computer, automobile, office equipment and so on, if the customer clicks the corresponding product advertisement, the order for the product advertisements is determined according to the number of clicks, such that the advertising agency can check whether what product advertisement should be ordered, thereby improving the product advertisement effect.
If the member joins in the event and inputs a desired predetermined premium list, the Web system operator informs the drink company 200 or the advertising agency 300 of the information on the desired premium, such that the drink company 200 or the advertising agency 300 can utilize the information as the material for the premium selection upon the delivery of premium by the lottery method. The input of the desired premium list enables the member joining in the event to pre-select his desired premium, thereby increasing the member's joining in the premium event.
On the other hand, it is difficult to accurately determine whether the members themselves who join in the premium event is within the premium receiving range. In other words, since in most of premium events the members who input a predetermined information wait the lottery result with no particular plan, there is a disadvantage that whenever they connect to the Web site they should check the lottery result.
Therefore, according to the advertisement apparatus of the present invention, the member can check his point preparation order upon joining in the event, thereby inducing a dynamic activity.
Referring to Fig. 9, the joining state of the customer in the premium event will be discussed.
As shown, the order for the member joining in the premium event on the Web system 100 is calculated and displayed on the screen by using the points meeting in the lottery method conditions of the premium event in proportion with the number of members joining in the premium event. For instance, if the points of one member correspond to the top order in the premium receiving range in the state where members join in the notebook premium event, he can check the whole image for the premium. However, if one member is in a 300th place corresponding to 70% among the 1000 members, he can check only the image corresponding to the 70% on the notebook image.
With the premium receiving order display method, the order of the member's points which is relatively evaluated in proportion with the number of members joining in the premium event is expressed as a numerical value and provided in a real time.
The premium image is divided into predetermined steps, for example, 10 steps and is calculated by a percentage for the points of each member, thereby displaying the different premium images for each member. At this time, the member who has received the corresponding premium checks the premium image displayed by subtracting the points corresponding to the premium from his points.
On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 7b, there is possibility that the ADDCAN
product to be registered is an ADDCAN product shipped in another region or there is no ADDCAN product in the place where the member is resident. In other words, since the premium event is held under various conditions on many regions, there is a possibility that the member having only the ADDCAN products collected in the restricted region where he is resident fails to satisfy the premium receiving conditions.
Therefore, the member has the ADDCAN exchange searching with another member, such that he can exchange the ADDCAN that he retains with the ADDCAN
which meets a predetermined premium event condition (see Fig. 10).
In more detail, if the member A fords the ADDCAN capable of meeting the predetermined premium event condition in the ADDCAN information DB SOOb' possessed by the member B, through the searching of the ADDCAN information DB
of the Web system 100, the ADDCAN exchange between the members A and B can be executed. Of course, the ADDCAN exchange is used for the object of the member which is to collect the ADDCAN contained in a predetermined class.
The member can produce the expectation for the premium and the purchase desire for the ADDCAN by exchanging the ADDCAN with another member, with consequences that the advertisement effect of the advertising agency 300 and the drink company 200 can increase and the product sale rate can be improved.
On the other hand, Fig. 11 is an exemplary view illustrating the construction for providing attached services to the customers connecting to the Web site.
As shown, the member who connects to the Web site receives conversation room 800, E-mail 802, information searching 804, voice chat 806, Web to Web phone 808 and personal account service 810. In addition to the above services, the member can receive various services which will be prepared later.
Figs. 12a to 12g are exemplary views illustrating the ADDCAN provided according to an embodiment of the present invention and the ADDCAN
advertisement image displayed on the Web system classified by sizes.
The ADDCAN advertisement image is classified by sizes, colors and capacities and displayed on the screen of the Web system 100, which is indicated in Table 1.
Table 1 Size Size Size Size 4 Size Size 2 Size Color 6 5 135 * 129 4 80 * 76 1 251 * 201 * (SOSH) 100 * (503H) 48 *

advertisement image for the ADDCAN searching or for directly manufacturing the ADDCAN.
At this time, the member or the advertising agency 300 should input the search result quantity on the Web site. Such the input enables the ADDCAN
advertisement image to be provided at a fast speed to the member and the advertising agency 300. In other words, if the loading time required for the user's Internet surfing exceeds about 7 seconds, generally, the user becomes tired and moves and connects to another home page. To solve this problem, the advertisement apparatus according to the present invention limits the image per page to SOKB on the basis of a modem 56Kbps and if the search result condition is inputted, conforms to the input condition and outputs the image.
Recently, in order for most of users using the Web site to reduce the loading time of the image displayed in correspondence with the system speed, for example, banner advertisements are deleted. This is intended to restrict the capacity displayed on one page, when the customer clicks the ADDCAN image, such that the stand-by time of the customer can be reduced.
In addition, when the user page-views the ADDCAN advertisement image displayed after the loading for the one page, since the next page has been already loaded to a buffer, such that the user can view the ADDCAN advertisement image at a fast speed. By way of example, if the member and the advertising agency 300 select their desired ADDCAN advertisement image, in Table 1 40 ADDCAN products of the size 502H (Fig. 12g) are displayed on the one screen, 24 ADDCAN products of the size 503H (Fig. 12f) are displayed on the one screen, and 15 ADDCAN products of the size 504H (Fig. 12e) are displayed on the one screen. At this time, in case of searching a large number of ADDCAN advertisement images, the search result is text-processed and displayed. On the other hand, the size SOSH (Fig. 12d) is selected for viewing single ADDCAN image information, the size 506H (Fig. 12c) is selected for fully viewing the ADDCAN image, and the size 507H (Fig. 12b) is selected for the down-loading of the advertising agency 300 or customers who are interested in graphic.
Fig. 12a shows the ADDCAN of the size of the original.
Fig. 13 shows a series of processes for selecting and viewing each ADDCAN
advertisement image (steps 900 to 920).
The member collects the ADDCAN advertisement image manufactured by the advertising agency 300 and mounted on a predetermined drink instrument on the Web site and stores the collected ADDCAN advertisement images to its own site within an appropriate range. If the member clicks the stored ADDCAN advertisement image, he can link to a corresponding home page. For example, in the state where the member stores the ADDCAN advertisement images A, B and C in his own site if he clicks the ADDCAN advertisement image B, he can link to the home page of the ADDCAN
advertisement image B. As a result, the member can store the ADDCAN
advertisement images frequently connected to the Web site in his own site and only by clicking a desired ADDCAN advertisement image, he can easily and simply move to the corresponding home page.
On the other hand, Fig. 16a is a flowchart illustrating a profits generation process from the drink company in the profits generated by the advertisement apparatus according to the present invention and Fig. 16b is a flowchart illustrating a profits generation process from the advertisement company.
Referring first to Fig. 16a, the profits construction generated from the drink company will be discussed. In the state where the drink company makes a contract with the Web system, the drink company selects whether the on-line advertisement is adopted.
The on-line advertisement is classified into drink searching menu advertisement 1020, drink information menu advertisement 1030, link to home page 1040, member room 1050 and sale effect analyzing advertisement 1060. If the drink company 200 selects the on-line advertisement, the selected one among the 5 advertisements is sequentially put. At this time, the outlay for the advertisement is calculated with the page views displayed in accordance with the manipulation of click of the customer on the Web site.
In more detail, the drink company 200 inputs the member registration, business application and the drink information (steps 1002 to 1014), and in the case where the drink company 200 requests the on-line advertisement (step 1016) and selects only the drink searching menu advertisement, the drink advertisement ordering is received and stored in the predetermined DB (steps 1022 and 1024). In this state, the member connects to the Web system 100 and clicks the drink searching menu advertisement.
For example, in the state where the drinks on each which the ADDCAN is mounted are graphic-processed and displayed by types, if the member selects a predetermined drink menu, he can view the selected advertisement.
In the case where the drink company 200 selects the drink information menu advertisement in addition to the drink searching menu advertisement, after clicking the drink advertisement according to the drink searching menu advertisement if the member selects an interesting drink among the displayed drink advertisements, the information on the selected drink such as, for example, sale region, mounting advertisement, quantity, period, premium receivers, and taste, components, effect, product developer, brand meaning of the corresponding drink is displayed to provide the detailed information to the member (steps 1030 to 1034). At this time, the advertisement outlay for the drink information menu advertisement is higher than that for the drink searching menu advertisement. In other words, the drink searching menu advertisement provides a secondary advertisement recognition effect in addition to the off line advertisement, and contrarily, the drink information menu advertisement provides a tertiary advertisement recognition effect in addition to the secondary advertisement recognition effect, thereby increasing an advertisement delivery effect.
Of course, the drink searching menu advertisement and the drink information menu advertisement can greatly improve the exposure frequency and recognition effect of the advertisement, when compared with the existing banner advertisement provided to unspecified persons on the Web.
Next, in the case where the drink company selects the link to home page advertisement, if the member clicks a predetermined drink company in the drink searching menu advertisement or the drink information menu advertisement, he can link to the home page of the corresponding company (steps 1040 to 1044).
Thereby, the member can obtain large information by the link to the home page, thereby greatly increasing the advertisement delivery effect. At this time, the outlay for the advertisement is calculated with the page-views by the clicking of the customer. Upon the link to the home page, the electronic commercial transaction in which the member directly purchases the corresponding goods on the site may be generated, and at this time, the commission generated upon the formation of the electronic commercial transaction is supplied to the Web system 100.
On the other hand, the member room is an advertisement operation room which is operated in a personal site opened by the member customer. In this case, the members can manage their points and virtually collect or exchange the ADDCAN
with each other on the on-line. The collected advertisements by the members are graphic-processed and managed, the points for receiving the premium and goods are managed, and an actual or virtual ADDCAN is exchanged between the members. In addition; the member can join in a predetermined game with the ADDCAN to thereby increase his points (steps 1050 to 1054).
Finally, the sale effect analysis advertisement, which is obtained by the Web system 100 which analyzes the sale effect of the drink having the ADDCAN, is provided to the drink company as a marketing material (steps 1060 to 1064).
On the other hand, referring to Fig. 16b, a profits generation condition from the advertising agency 300 will be discussed.
Firstly, in the state where the advertising agency makes a contract with the Web system, the advertising agency 300 selects an advertisement type (steps 1100 to 1110).
The advertisement type is divided into an on-line advertisement and an off line advertisement. if the advertising agency 300 selects only the off line advertisement, the Web system 100 receives the information such as drink kind, period, region and quantity, and executes the ADDCAN design operation and mounts the ADDCAN on the drink to be advertised, to thereby put the advertisement on the off line (steps 1120 to 1130).
However, if the advertising agency 300 selects the on-line advertisement, the on-line advertisement is classified, in the similar manner as shown in Fig.
16a, into IO advertisement searching menu advertisement 1132, advertisement information menu advertisement 1142, link to home page 1152, member room 1162 and advertisement effect analyzing advertisement 1172. In this case, the advertising agency can select one or more advertisement.
The profits generation procedure from the advertising agency 300 is the same as from the drink company in Fig. 16a, an explanation of which will be avoided for the brevity of the description.
On the other hand, Figs. 17a to 17c are exemplary views illustrating profits distribution processes generated among the Web system 100, the advertising agency 300 and the member on on-line/off line by the advertisement apparatus according to the present invention, in which Fig. 17a shows the profits distribution percentage on the off line. As shown, if the advertising agency 300 logs on to the Web system 100 and orders the advertisement, the advertising agency 300 generates the advertisement cost of 100%. The Web system 100 obtains the profits of 20% from the cost of 100%
of the advertising agency and the drink company 200 as the advertising side provider obtains the profits of 20% as the advertising side providing cost.
In addition, the ADDCAN cost and production cost of 30%, the premium cost of 20% returned to the members who purchase the ADDCAN mounted product, and the event cost of 10% held by the Web system are paid from the advertisement cost of 100% of the advertising agency.
For instance, an explanation of a premium returning structure to the member will be in detail discussed. A sum of money corresponding to the member returning percentage of 20% is calculated at 100 {which is referred to as a financial resource), and the financial resource is divided by the number of members registered by fixing a percentage by periods, such that the result points are saved. In other words, for the member who registers and collects the ADDCAN on the Web within one month after shipping of the product, the 50% of the financial resource is divided by the number of members enrolled of the corresponding month and the result point is saved. For the member who registers and collects the ADDCAN on the Web during a period from one month to two months after shipping of the product, the 30% of the financial resource is divided by the number of members enrolled of the corresponding months and the result point is saved. Also, for the member who registers and collects the ADDCAN on the Web during a period from two months to three months after shipping of the product, the 10% of the financial resource is divided by the number of members enrolled of the corresponding months and the result point is saved. Finally, for the member who registers and collects the ADDCAN on the Web after three months after shipping of the product, the 10% of the financial resource is saved as predetermined points.
In more detail, assuming that the financial resource is A and the number of members registered within one month after the product shipping is N, the point is calculated by "A * 50% * (1/N)" and the calculated result A' point is saved.
On the other hand, assuming that the number of members registered during a period from one month to two months after the product shipping is N', the point is calculated by "A
30% * (1/N')" and the calculated result point is saved.
On the other hand, Fig. 17b shows the profits distribution percentage on the on-line. In the case where the advertising agency 300 and the drink company continuously select and order the on-line advertisement on the Web site after ordering the off line advertisement, they should pay the advertisement cost relative to the cost share calculated by on-line advertisements in accordance with the number of page-view clicks of the members. At this time, the advertisement cost is fixed as 100%.
The 30% of the advertisement cost is fixed as the profits of the Web operator, and the remaining 70% is fixed as the returning share to members.
The sum of money fixed as the returning share to members is given to the member who purchases a largest number of drinks in accordance with the purchase intention in the connection state to the on-line, and the premium is replaced with the goods of the advertising agency 300.
As mentioned above, when the customer or member purchases the drink by the off line or on-line advertisement or by the electronic commercial transaction or connects to the Web site of the advertising agency, the chief object of the event pays the returning money or the premium to the customer (member). In case of the purchase by the off line advertisement, the returning money or the premium is paid to the customer who purchases the drink and registers a largest number of the products by the predetermined registration procedure. In case of the purchase by the electronic commercial transaction, the returning money or the premium is paid to the customer who purchases a largest number of the drink on the Web site. In case of the purchase by the on-line advertisement, the returning money or the premium is paid to the customer who has the largest number of connection (page-views) at to the Web site of the advertising agency.
In addition, Fig. 17c shows the profits distribution percentage generated upon an electronic business transaction among the member, the drink company and the advertising agency in the profits models generated on the on-line. The customer connects to the Web system 100 and clicks the home page of the advertising agency 300 or the drink company 200, and upon the generation of the electronic business transaction, the advertising agency 300 or the drink company 200 pays a predetermined business commission to the Web system 100. At this time, it is assumed that the predetermined business commission is 100%.
The 30% of the predetermined commission is fixed as the profits of the Web operator, and the remaining 70% is fixed as the returning share to members.
The sum of money fixed as the returning share to members is given to the member who purchases a largest number of the drink on the Web site in the connection state to the on-line, and the premium is replaced with the goods of the advertising agency 300.
On the other hand, the ADDCAN 640 is provided with predetermined information to be classified and managed in the Web system 100 upon the registration on the Web site, which is given in Table 2. The information comprises predetermined codes in accordance with a code classification system and has a capacity of 65 Bytes, which is stored in customer DB, drink company DB, advertising agency DB and advertisement order received DB, respectively.
As shown in Table 2, the ADDCAN 640 is comprised of about 12 codes. Serial numbers (7 bytes) of the ADDCAN are assigned and managed by the Web system 100, when the ADDCAN is shipped after the receipt of the advertisement order for the ADDCAN. The serial numbers are displayed with characters of total seven figures, in which first two figures are country identification numbers based upon Korea industrial standard code book, next one figure is a classification code based upon industry classification codes, and consequent four figures are assigned with a sequentially cardinal number.
The country code numbers (3 bytes) are assigned to indicate the country where a corresponding drink is sold, which is composed of three figures indicative of country identification numbers based upon Korea industrial standard code book.
The region code numbers (6 bytes) are assigned to indicate a specific region within the predetermined country, which is composed of six figures (which is divided into three figures for the subdivision of the region). For example, first three figures indicate a district and next three figures indicate a block contained in the district, which are all assigned with sequentially cardinal numbers by a predetermined descending order.
The climate code numbers (2 bytes) are assigned to indicate the climate in the corresponding region, based upon world climate distribution by Kepec, which is composed of two figures assigned with sequentially cardinal numbers by a predetermined temperature descending order.
The advertising agency numbers (8 bytes) are assigned to indicate an advertisement ordering agency name, which is composed of eight figures based upon stock codes of each country. In case of the advertising agency which does not exist in the stock codes, a number 9 is inputted to a first figure place and then, sequentially cardinal numbers are assigned to the remaining figures.
The advertisement serial numbers (4 bytes) are assigned to indicate the number of times of the advertisement ordering of the advertising agency, which is composed of four figures assigned with sequentially cardinal numbers.
The industry code numbers (4 bytes) are assigned to indicate the business type of the advertising agency, which is composed of four figures based upon industry classification codes under Korea industrial standard code book.
The item code numbers (5 bytes) are assigned to indicate the item of the advertisement put by the advertising agency, which is composed of five figures based upon goods classification codes under Korea industrial standard code book.
The drink company numbers (8 bytes) are assigned to indicate the drink company with the drink instrument advertised by the advertising agency, which is composed of eight figures based upon stock codes of each country. In case of the drink company which does not exist in the stock codes, a number 9 is inputted to a first figure place and then, sequentially cardinal numbers are assigned to the remaining figures.
The mounting type drink kind numbers (5 bytes) are assigned to indicate the name of drink advertised by the advertising agency, which is composed of five figures assigned with a numerically expressed classification of soft drinks based upon the Korea food yearbook. That is, the number 1 represents a carbonated drink, the number 2 a fruit dxink, the number 3 a mixed drink, the number 4 a powder soft drink, the number 5 coffee, the number 6 soybean milk drink, the number 7 a water drink, and the number 9 the other drinks.
The shipping plant code numbers (3 bytes) are assigned to indicate the production plant of the drink company, which is composed of three figures assigned with sequentially cardinal numbers. At this time, in case of the drink company which does not use any code, the drink company code is preferentially used.
The model numbers (10 bytes) are assigned to indicate the model used to express the advertisement put by the advertising agency, which is composed of five figures assigned with an independent goods classification code and five figures assigned with another goods classification code, based upon the goods classification code under the Korea industrial standard code book, thereby being subdivided into two models. The code which is omitted in the goods classification codes is composed of a first figure of number 9 and next five figures of sequentially cardinal numbers.
After the assignment of the above codes, the Web system 100 can effectively classify the ADDCAN 640.
Table 2 No Serial Country Region Climate AdvertisingAdvertisingIndustry Nos. Agency Serial Nos.

If the codes "USD0005-840-033002-06-IBM-0005-3001-COKE-12001-003-1012033091" are provided to the ADDCAN 640, this means that the ADDCAN has serial numbers of USD0005 representing a fifth ADDCAN issued by U.S. manufacturing industries, is sold in New York, Armonk, U.S.A. under a temperate and rainy climate condition, is ordered five times by IBM Inc. in computer manufacturing industry, is mounted on Coca-Cola shipped by Coca-Cola Inc. in New York, Armonk, and displays a horse and coffee.
On the other hand, the preferred embodiment of the advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method according to the present invention is described with the ADDCAN which is mounted on the top portion of a typical can drink instrument, but it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
As shown in Figs. 14a to 14e, for example, the ADDCAN on which a predetermined advertising draft is displayed is designed to be matched with the extra space of the can drink product and mounted on the can drink product, but it can be applicable to the wrapping instruments for all foods and drinks, that is, can type drinks, can type foods and foods and drinks having various types.
Thus, it is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
As apparently set forth in the foregoing, an advertisement apparatus using a medium of a drink instrument and the operation method is capable of advertising an ADDCAN product on off line and on-line (Web) to provide various information and events for the advertisement, thereby optimizing an advertisement acknowledging effect, and building the database with the information provided from objects (e.g., an advertising agency, a customer, and a drink company) upon production and sale of the ADDCAN product, whereby the advertising agency or the drink company can accurately determine the sale state and advertisement situation with the database on the on-line to create mutual profits.
Thereby, the drink company can mount the ADDCAN having an advertising draft on a predetermined portion of the drink instrument, thereby increasing the advertisement effect by the differentiation of product to generate sale profits, dynamically cope with the customer's demand and variation, based upon the information on the on-line, build a marketing strategy in future in accordance with the change of industrial environment, hold unspecified customers into fixed customers by preparation of continuous events, and expect sale increment in accordance with the strategic cooperation with the advertising agency.
The advertising agency can effectively maintain secondary and tertiary advertisement acknowledgment effect on the off line and on-line and selectively utilize the objects for the advertisement without having any geographical or spatial limitation.
The customer can continuously acknowledge the advertisement by the ADDCAN mounted on the drink instrument on the off line and on-line and join the event held by the advertising agency and the drink company to receive various premiums and attached services (E-mail, personal home page production, ADDCAN
collection and exchange, discount coupon, etc.).
