Abstract

Le châssis comprend des tande ms asymétriques composés de bras de longueurs différentes au bout desquels sont fixés les roues actionnées par des moteurs électriques. TITRE : Machine électrique à usage forestier ou agricole DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE
L'ÉLECTRO-TRACTION est une machine à usage forestier ou agricole ayant la caractéristique unique d'être à propulsion électrique.
L'énergie électrique qu'elle produit permet d'alimenter en électricité, par exemple, un camp, une roulotte ou une cabane à sucre en plus de permettre l'utilisation d'outillage électrique ou pneumatique en tous lieux. Cette caractéristique à elle seule qui est unique sur le marché mondial est très attrayante pour les propriétaires de boisé privé, les agriculteurs et les entrepreneurs forestiers. De plus elle offre un bon rapport coût/productivité, une grande polyvalence et la fiabilité reconnue des systèmes électriques.
MÉMOIRE DESCRIPTIF
La présente invention se rapporte aux machines forestières ou agricoles particulièrement aux machines devant tirer ou porter une charge.
II est d'usage courant pour les machines forestières ou agricoles d'être équipées de transmission mécaniques ou hydrauliques. Ces façons de transmettre et contrôler l'énergie motrice comportent plusieurs inconvénients ;
- le nombre de roues motrices à traction intégrale et indépendante est limité
dans le cas d'une transmission mécanique et également dans le cas de la technologie hydraulique à cause du coût élevé des composantes de régulation et de compensation de la pression et du débit d'huile en plus d'être complexe et peu fiable ;
- les technologies précédemment citées ne peuvent efficacement transmettre de l'énergie motrice à une remorque possédant plus de deux roues.
Nous avons découvert que ces inconvénients peuvent être supprimés par l'utilisation d'un système de motorisation électrique. Ce système de motorisation électrique se compose d'un moteur à combustion interne couplé à une unité de conversion électrique (alternateur ou générateur) alimentant des moteurs électriques modulés électroniquement. Chaque roue motrice est actionnée par son propre moteur électrique. Par le biais des contrôles électroniques chacune des roues motrices peut alors fonctionner indépendamment en traction intégrale. Les contrôles électroniques peuvent être programmés pour moduler la puissance des roues motrices de façon optimale pour chaque usage spécifique auquel la machine sera destinée. Grâce à la programmation électronique aucune machine comparable ne possède une telle polyvalence d'utilisation. Cette machine à motorisation électrique permet de la même façon de motoriser autant de roues que nécessaire sur une remorque par un simple raccord électrique.

Relativement aux dessins qui illustrent une réalisation de l'invention, la FIG.1 illustre une machine électrique 20, qui comprend un châssis 22 sur lequel est fixée une structure de protection 24. Le plancher 26 du châssis 22 sur lequel sont fixés des tandems 28 à bras asymétriques. Une roue 30 est fixée à chacune des extrémités des bras des tandems 28. Des ailes 32 recouvrent l'ensemble des roues 30. Un capot est fixé au châssis 22. Un habitacle 36 pour l'opérateur est situé derrière le capot 34.
Dans l'habitacle 36 on voit un banc d'appui 38 et des prises d'appui 40 fixées à la structure de protection 24. On voit aussi une manette de conduite électronique 42 à
multi-action. Un tableau de bord 44 comprend des cadrans indicateurs 46. Ä
l'avant il y a une lame de bélier mécanique mobile 48 à usage multiple. Ä l'arrière on voit un treuil 50.

La FIG.2 représente un ensemble de huit roues 30 partagées en quatre unités de tandem 52 disposées de chaque côté du châssis 22. Les roues 30 sont fixées à
chaque extrémité des tandems 28 par des démultiplicateurs de vitesse de rotation 54, les tandems 28 prenant appui au châssis 22 par des axes 56. Sur les bras des tandems 28 on voit les moteurs électriques 58 couplé au démultiplicateur de vitesse de rotation 54. Sur le plancher 26 on retrouve un moteur thermique 60 couplé à
une unité
de conversion électrique fit, des boîtes de contrôle électroniques 64 , des batteries 66 et un régulateur de charge des batteries fié.
La FIG.3 représente la machine électrique 20 couplé à une remorque tractante 70. On y voit seize roues 30 partagées en huit unités de tandems 52 disposés de chaque côté
des châssis 22 de la machine électrique 20 et de la remorque tractante 70. Les quatre roues 30 centrales de la remorque tractante 70 et les huit roues 30 de la machine électrique 20 sont fixées à chaque extrémité des tandems 28 par des démultiplicateurs 54 ; les tandems 28 prenant appui au châssis 22 par des axes 56 . Sur les mêmes bras des tandems 28, on voit des moteurs électriques 58 couplés aux dëmultiplicateurs de vitesse de rotation 54. Les deux roues 30 situées à l'avant et les deux roues 30 situées à l'arrière de la remorque tractante 70 sont fixées directement aux essieux 72 des extrémités des tandems 28. Sur le plancher 28 de la machine électrique 20 on retrouve un moteur thermique 60 couplé à une unité de conversion électrique 62, des boîtes de contrôle électroniques 64 , des batteries 66 et un régulateur de charge des batteries 68.
La FIG.3 illustre deux représentations différentes A et B de la machine électrique 20 couplé à une remorque tractante 70 dans ses manoeuvres de déplacement. La représentation A illustre un déplacement rectiligne. On y voit des flèches identiques 74 représentant une traction équilibrée sur chacune des unités de tandems 52. La représentation B illustre un changement de direction. On y voit des flèches de dimensions différentes représentant des puissances de traction d'intensités différentes.
Des flèches de plus grandes dimensions 76 (puissance supérieure) et des flèches de plus petite dimension 78 (puissance inférieure) sont disposées en croisé, provoquant un changement de direction de la machine électrique 20 couplé à une remorque tractante 70. Cette configuration en croisé de la modulation de la puissance provoque à
elle seule l'action de l'articulation.

ELECTRO-TRACTION is a machine for forestry or agricultural use having the unique feature of being electrically powered.
The electrical energy it produces makes it possible to supply electricity, by example, a camp, a trailer or a sugar shack in addition to allowing the use tooling electric or pneumatic everywhere. This feature alone who is unique in the world market is very attractive to owners of private woodland, farmers and forest entrepreneurs. DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The present invention relates to forestry or agricultural machines particularly in machines that have to pull or carry a load.
It is common practice for forestry or agricultural machinery to be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic transmission. These ways of transmitting and control motive energy has several drawbacks;
- the number of drive wheels with integral and independent traction is limited in the in the case of mechanical transmission and also in the case of technology because of the high cost of the control and oil pressure and flow compensation in addition to being complex and little reliable;
- the aforementioned technologies cannot effectively transmit motive power to a trailer with more than two wheels.
We have discovered that these disadvantages can be overcome by use an electric motorization system. This electric motorization system is consists of an internal combustion engine coupled to a conversion unit electric (alternator or generator) supplying electric motors modulated electronically. Each drive wheel is powered by its own motor electric. By means of electronic controls each of the wheels driving can then operate independently in all-wheel drive. Controls electronics can be programmed to modulate the power of the wheels drive optimally for each specific use to which the machine will be destiny. Thanks to electronic programming, no comparable machine can has such versatility of use. This motorized machine electric similarly allows to motorize as many wheels as necessary on a trailer by a simple electrical connection.

With respect to the drawings which illustrate an embodiment of the invention, the FIG. 1 illustrates an electric machine 20, which comprises a frame 22 on which is fixed a protective structure 24. The floor 26 of the chassis 22 on which are fixed of tandems 28 with asymmetrical arms. A wheel 30 is fixed at each end of tandem arms 28. Wings 32 cover all of the wheels 30. A cover is fixed to the chassis 22. A passenger compartment 36 for the operator is located behind the cover 34.
In the passenger compartment 36 we see a support bench 38 and fixed support sockets 40 to the protective structure 24. We also see an electronic control lever 42 to multi-action. A dashboard 44 includes indicator dials 46. Ä
the front there has a movable mechanical ram blade 48 for multiple use. At the back we see a winch 50.

FIG. 2 represents a set of eight wheels 30 divided into four units of tandem 52 arranged on each side of the chassis 22. The wheels 30 are fixed to each end of the tandems 28 by speed reducers of rotation 54, the tandems 28 bearing on the chassis 22 by axes 56. On the arms of the tandems 28 we see the electric motors 58 coupled to the reduction gearbox speed of rotation 54. On the floor 26 there is a heat engine 60 coupled to a unit electrical conversion boxes, 64 electronic control boxes, batteries 66 and a trusted battery charge regulator.
FIG. 3 represents the electric machine 20 coupled to a towing trailer 70. We sees sixteen wheels 30 divided into eight tandem units 52 arranged with each side chassis 22 of the electric machine 20 and the towing trailer 70. The four central wheels 30 of the towing trailer 70 and the eight wheels 30 of the machine electric 20 are fixed to each end of the tandems 28 by reducers 54; the tandems 28 bearing on the chassis 22 by axes 56. On the same arms tandems 28, we see electric motors 58 coupled to multipliers of rotational speed 54. The two wheels 30 located at the front and the two wheels 30 located at the rear of the towing trailer 70 are fixed directly to the axles 72 of ends of the tandems 28.
