Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de ventiler l'oreille moyenne à l'aide d'un tube de ventilation réalisé dans un matériau compatible aus tissus, de préférence, du titane et comprenant un canal permettant à l'air de communiquer entre la cavité de l'oreille moyenne et l'air extérieur. Le tube de ventilation comprend, d'une part, une partie frontale (2) conçue pour être introduite dans le tissu osseux et assurer un ancrage permanent dans le tissu osseux et, d'autre part, une partie postérieure (6) constituant un passage à travers la peau. Le tube de ventilation comprend également un tube externe (1) qui est réalisé dans ledit matériau compatible avec le tissu et un tube interne (8) placé de façon amovible dans le tube externe et dont l'orifice interne constitue ledit canal (14) permettant à l'air de communiquer entre la cavité de l'oreille moyenne et l'air extérieur.
