Abstract
Un dispositif d'échange de chaleur avec un produit plat défilant devant le dispositif comprend des moyens de mise sous pression gazeuse d'au moins un caisson (11), le caisson (11) comprenant sur une face avant plusieurs lames (12) formant conduit pour l'éjection du gaz en direction d'une surface du produit plat, les lames (12) étant superposées les unes aux autres suivant la direction de défilement du produit plat et constituant un orifice de sortie du gaz s'étendant dans la largeur du produit plat. Le caisson (11) a une largeur dans la largeur du produit plat, suffisante pour permettre l'évacuation du gaz de part et d'autre du caisson (11). Utilisation notamment pour refroidir un produit laminé en acier.
