Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a support device of a foot in a sports shoe and / or leisure, and a method obtaining this device.
The importance of the support of a foot in a shoe, which he whether it is a city shoe, or a sports shoe and / or recreation, has long been recognized. To improve this support or correct some foot defects, soles are used.
The so-called orthopedic insoles are intended to modify the balance of the articular chains by recreating arches that have collapsed. Such soles, called corrective, are very little used for the practice of sport, because they are traumatic.
Some so-called proprioceptive insoles incorporate overthicknesses intended to stimulate or inhibit the plantar receptors and change a parasitic muscle tension or imbalance posturostatique.
The document FR-A.2286 638 relates to a sole orthopedic to correct internal rotation of feet in youth children. This sole has a first corner extending at the level of the proximal part of the first metatarsal and behind this part and a second corner extending in line with the first, towards the rear of the sole, always on the side of the inner edge of it. It is in a such case to exercise permanent corrective action.
US-A-2,884,719 discloses a sole or a integrated device to a shoe for treating a metatarsalgia in trying to spread the loads to avoid a too punctual support. This device includes a wedge extending into the central and proximal area of the first metatarsal as well as in the proximal parts of the second and third metatarsal.
US-A-2,660,814 discloses a shoe sole to allocate expenses by implementing a significant number of wedges, essentially a wedge under the first three metatarsals and a wedge-shaped horseshoe supporting the arch and surrounding the outside of the heel.
There are also thermoformable soles, called physiological, and molded directly on the foot, highly appreciated on the
When walking, there is a transfer of body weight.
At the impact, the foot being supinator, the heel touches the ground first on its outer lateral edge. The foot then undergoes a pronating force.
The support continues along the outer arch of the foot, then on the fifth and on the other metatarsal heads up to the big toe at moment of the final phase of propulsion. Meanwhile, the center of thrust becomes central, then moves on the inside of the forefoot between the first and second metatarsal heads, that is to say the part anteromedial foot, more or less indoors according to individuals.
By accelerating the movement, that is to say during a movement race, the center of push is much more on the inside during the support and propulsion phases. This phenomenon is amplified when sporting gestures requiring significant support on the inside, by example, when skiing, skating, golfing or running changes of direction, accelerations or decelerations, in particular on sloping land.
This biomechanical movement of the foot, called prono-supinator, 2o is accompanied by a rotation of the tibial axis formed by the tibia and the fibula. Supination resulting in external rotation of the tibial skeleton and pronation leading to internal rotation of the tibial skeleton, the balance between these rotations and the counter-rotation generated by the ground support is mainly regulated by the lateral peroneal muscle.
In cases of extreme support, such as those resulting from sports mentioned above, and repeated support, often appear ligament and tendon irritation due to muscle fatigue can manifest as cramps. In addition, the long muscle peroneal lateral, solicited beyond its usual amplitude, loses its role of prono-supinator control, decreasing the expected performance.
The object of the invention is to provide a support device of a foot in a sports or leisure shoe, which is not intended to correct a foot shape but to brake and control a pressure carrying gradually on a specific area of the foot.
For this purpose, the device it concerns, comprises in combination of a suspension element disposed in the area
3 the support of the distal end of the first metatarsal head of the foot and a transverse suspension element disposed in the middle zone tarsal, enveloping the anterior part of the heel.
Advantageously the suspension element used to support of the first metatarsal head is located in the area serving more precisely in support of the phalango-bisesamoid cradle in which articulates the first encrusted metatarsal head of cartilage.
When practicing a sport, such as skiing, skating or golf, or during certain running movements, this element The purpose of suspension is to control the pressure of the foot and control the sagging of the forefoot when the support is there during the prepulsive phase, to relieve lateral peroneal muscle and keep the latter efficient.
It should be noted that the suspension elements do not concern not the lateral metatarsal radii which constitute the braking zone kinetic of the foot, but only the first metatarsal ray that is fe only propulsive and the only one to exhibit active plantar flexion. The presence of a suspension element in the mid-tarsal zone wrapping the anterior part of the heel allows, in association with the suspension element located in the bearing zone of the distal end of the first metatarsal head, to carry out the tensioning of the plantar fascia by the dorsiflexion of the big toe, known as the name of "Windlass Mechanism". This results in a facilitation of the passive locking and an increase in support surfaces.
The suspension elements have a thickness of the order from 2 to 8 mm and are made of a viscoelastic flexible material or elastic memory, such as, for example, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA
with a shore hardness of between 20 and 50 and a density greater than 70 kg / m3, or polyethylene with a shore hardness between 60 and 140 and a density greater than 100 kg / m3.
Such suspension elements are not traumatic and may be suitable for different foot shapes of the same size, they can be compatible with an industrial production system, that the suspension elements are arranged on the underside of a shoe insole or on the upper face of the bottom of a shoe.
représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, deux formes d'exécution d'une semelle intérieure de chaussure Figure 1 est une vue en perspective de dessous de cette semelle ;
Figures 2 et 3 en sont deux vues en coupe transversale respectivement selon les lignes II-II et III-Ill de figure 1 ;

The density and thickness of the suspension elements are chosen according to the size, the activity practiced and possibly the weight of the user.
Advantageously, in the case of a golf shoe, the support device can be completed with a suspension element mediotarsal along the inner edge of the heel, to promote postural balance and placement of the hips, and to direct the transfer during the transition from adaptive eversion to inversion of stiffening.
The suspension elements can also be arranged on the upper face of the sole, or on the bottom of the shoe, on the upper face of the latter or on its lower face bearing on the ground.
Suspension elements can be made not by a flexible material, but by suspended zones of a sole preformed.
Preferably, the suspension element has a throat longitudinal for the accommodation of the long flexor clean of the first toe.
The method of obtaining the support device as mentioned above comprises the step of molding this device on the foot of the user or on a form reproducing this foot.
Anyway, the invention will be well understood using the description which follows, with reference to the attached schematic drawing representative, by way of non-limiting example, two forms of execution a shoe insole Figure 1 is a perspective view from below of this sole;

FIG. 1 represents a soleplate designated by the reference 2, made of, for example, a thermoformable material for
5 adopt the general shape of the underside of a foot and ensure satisfactory support of it.
According to the invention and as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, this sole has a suspension element 3 in the zone intended for serve as support for the distal end of the first metatarsal head 6 of the 10 feet. This suspension element 3 serves more specifically to support the phalango-bisesamoid cradle 7 in which the first head is articulated metatarsal. This suspension element is made of a material flexible elastic memory, to quickly resume its original shape after being compressed. The thickness of the suspension element is the order of 3 to 6 mm. Given its flexibility, this element of suspension does not affect the comfort of the shoe equipped with such sole.
The suspension element disposed under the sole may be made of EVA or polyethylene, for example, whose densities have been previously indicated.
The sole shown in Figures 1 to 3, which is particularly suitable for the equipment of a shoe for practice of golf, also includes a cross suspension element mediotarsal 4 enveloping the anterior part of the heel under the median axis foot, provided with an extension 5 towards the rear of the inner side of the heel.
This suspension element 4, 5 combined with the suspension element 3 promotes postural balance and movement of the hips and directs the transfer of charge during the passage of the adaptive eversion to reversal of stiffening by ensuring the tensioning of the fascia plantar by the dorsiflexion of the big toe.
The suspension element 3 anticipates and limits the overload of the foot during the pre-propulsive support phase and retains to the long muscle Lateral peroneal all its effectiveness, and avoids ligament irritation and tendons due to muscle fatigue that may manifest form of cramps.
6 It should be noted that the suspension elements 3, 4 do not concern the 2nd to 5th metatarsals 8 and therefore do not interfere with the corresponding kinetic braking zone.
Figures 4 to 8 show another sole in which the same elements are designated by the same references as previously. In this case, the suspension element 4, 5 is located on the upper face of the sole, and a damping element 9, known per se, is placed under the sole at the heel.
It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the only form execution of this sole, described above as an example, it on the contrary, embraces all variants. This is particularly the case foot support device could be not associated with a sole inside of the shoe, but at the very bottom of the shoe, or that the suspension elements could be constituted by zones suspended from the sole without leaving the framework of the invention.
