Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire du papier, non-tissé, stratifié ou une bande de matériau similaire (16), au moyen d'un système d'alimentation en liant (12), et par un durcissement ultérieur, notamment d'une bande de matériau (16) résistant à la fissuration, traité ultérieurement au moyen d'un processus de mise en peinture. Selon ce procédé, un acrylate diluable dans l'eau est acheminé sous forme de liant à la bande de matériau, au niveau du système d'alimentation en liant (12). La bande de matériau ainsi traitée est durcie, après évaporation de la proportion d'eau, au moyen d'un faisceau électronique. Selon l'invention, après l'acheminement du liant ou après l'opération d'imprégnation, la bande de matériau (16) contenant l'acrylate non réticulé est séchée, puis l'eau est évaporée du liant, de préférence d'une émulsion. La bande de matériau (16) est imprimée, puis la réticulation ou la polymérisation est déclenchée. Après l'impression, une peinture durcissable au faisceau électronique est appliquée, la bande de matériau ou de papier pouvant être imprégnée avec l'acrylate par pression. Le liant présent dans les restes de papier non réticulés ou en excès après l'opération d'imprégnation, notamment l'émulsion d'acrylate, est de préférence réintroduit (18, 20, 28, 32) dans le système d'alimentation en liant (12).
