Abstract

On obtient un accroissement de la teneur de graines en acides aminés contenant du soufre, sans induire d'aptitude significative à déclencher des réactions allergiques, dans des plantes transgéniques, telles que le soja, qui contiennent un segment d'ADN hétérologue représentant au moins une copie d'un gène qui code une protéine de la prolamine du riz de 10 kDa ou 16 kDa et de l'albumine 2S du tournesol.
