Abstract
L'invention concerne un fluide de transfert thermique/réfrigérant destiné aux basses températures. Le fluide de transfert thermique/réfrigérant contient 15 - 70 % de triméthyle glycine et 30 - 85 % d'eau. Le fluide de transfert thermique de l'invention est sans danger pour l'environnement et non toxique, il a de bonnes propriétés de transfert thermique et il convient bien, par exemple, à l'industrie alimentaire ou aux panneaux solaires.
