Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une seringue médicale, qui comprend un plongeur (16) ayant une tige de plongeur non solidaire (30), le plongeur étant complètement contenu dans le cylindre (11) de la seringue. La tige de plongeur (30) peut être reliée amovible au plongeur (16) pour le transport de fluides dans la seringue et hors de la seringue. Cette seringue est en outre adaptée pour être utilisée avec un mécanisme de pompage (40) ayant un plongeur solidaire. Le mécanisme de pompage (40) peut être raccordé directement au plongeur (16), pour empêcher tout mouvement accidentel du plongeur et toute perte subséquente de médicament. La seringue peut être scellée hermétiquement en partie ou complètement, par l'application d'une membrane (270) sur son extrémité distale, pour garantir la stérilité.
