Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cellule in vivo transformée à l'aide d'ADN codant un récepteur de signalisation de cellule, non endogène à celle-ci. Ce récepteur peut activer un processus, endogène à la cellule, de transduction de signal et il peut être activé dans des conditions déterminées, activant ainsi le processus de transduction de signal de manière à réguler une fonction cellulaire commandée par le processus de transduction de signal. Cette invention concerne également un procédé d'expression ectopique d'un récepteur non endogène dans une cellule, ainsi qu'un procédé de régulation d'une fonction cellulaire in vivo, ce dernier consistant à transformer une cellule à l'aide d'ADN codant un récepteur, non endogène à la cellule, de signalisation de cellule, ainsi que décrit ci-dessus, puis, dans des conditions déterminées, à exposer cette cellule à une molécule extracellulaire capable d'activer le récepteur étranger de signalisation de cellule. L'activation du récepteur de signalisation de cellule active le processus de transduction de signal endogène, de manière à réguler une fonction cellulaire commandée par ce processus.
