Abstract

Le procédé de réalisation d'un revêtement protecteur contre l'oxydation à haute température et la corrosion à chaud de pièces en superalliages consiste à effectuer à la surface du superalliage, un premier dépôt d'une poudre d'alliage agglomérée contenant au moins du chrome, de l'aluminium et un élément actif, et à combler la porosité ouverte du dépôt de poudre par un deuxième dépôt électrolytique de métal précieux de la mine du platine. Un traitement thermique approprié est ensuite effectué pour permettre l'interdiffusion entre le revêtement à base de poudre et le revêtement électrolytique et obtenir un revêtement comportant sur toute son épaisseur du chrome, un élément actif tel que l'Yttrium, et un métal précieux de la mine du platine.
