Abstract

Cette invention concerne des éléments de chauffage flexibles comportant des éléments résistants en fibre de carbone, laquelle invention peut être utilisée de manière autonome afin de chauffer des serres, des habitations ou des locaux industriels, ou encore servir de composant dans d'autres appareils, tel que des calorifères. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ces éléments de chauffage flexibles. Ce dispositif de chauffage électrique consiste en un élément résistant se présentant sous la forme d'un entortillement de fibres de carbone. Il comprend une première couche isolante faite d'un matériau thermoconducteur en forme de bobine ou de tresse, ainsi qu'une seconde couche faite d'un matériau polymère. Des éléments conducteurs de courant comportent trois paires de lobes. Une première paire permet de fixer l'élément résistant qui ne comporte pas d'isolation électrique entre son embout et une partie de la première couche d'isolation. Une deuxième paire de lobes enserre la seconde couche d'isolation électrique, tandis que la troisième permet de fixer le tube d'isolation. Le résultat technique ainsi obtenu consiste en une plus grande libération de chaleur sur une surface spécifique, en une plus grande fiabilité du dispositif de chauffage électrique, ainsi qu'en une simplification et une meilleure efficacité du processus de fabrication industrielle.
