Abstract
L'invention concerne en particulier un procédé pour isoler un élément chauffant, ainsi que des filaments de carbone qui empêchent le matériau isolant de se décoller à cause de la dilatation thermique ou de la dilatation de l'air, qui font preuve d'une capacité d'isolation améliorée, qui présentent une résistance à la chaleur et une non combustibilité, et qui sont électriquement stables même dans des zones à température élevée. Cette invention comprend les étapes consistant à rassembler et à torsader des milliers voire des centaines de milliers de filaments de carbone de polyacrylonitrile, formant ainsi un corps composite et torsadé, une première étape d'enduction consistant à enduire la surface de ce corps composite et torsadé avec une résine polymère synthétique, formant ainsi un corps enduit d'une couche unique possédant une première couche d'enduction, et une seconde étape d'enduction consistant à enduire la surface du corps enduit d'une couche unique avec une résine polymère synthétique, formant ainsi un corps enduit de deux couches possédant une seconde couche d'enduction sur la première couche d'enduction.
