Abstract

Cette invention concerne un ensemble d'électrodes pour résectoscope, lequel ensemble comprend une électrode coupante (2) ayant une extrémité distale en boucle et une première densité énergétique. Une électrode de coagulation (1) possède une extrémité distale en boucle ainsi qu'une seconde densité énergétique inférieure à la première densité énergétique. Un cadre de support (6) est relié aux électrodes coupante et de coagulation (2, 1). L'électrode de coagulation (1) permet d'obtenir la coagulation des tissus en même temps que l'électrode coupante (2) découpe ces derniers. Cette invention concerne également un résectoscope comprenant cet ensemble d'électrodes. Le résectoscope comprend un fourreau (14) dans lequel est pratiquée une lumière, ainsi qu'un élément de travail (15) et un élément de visualisation (16).
