Une mini-cuvette féminine portative qui se place le haut contre la région périnéale et se serre entre les cuisses. La mini-cuvette a un boîtier étanche. ART ANTÉRIEUR
Certains brevets ont particulièrement atliré notre attention:
US 5,655,229; Horn; 1 997/ 1:2/08. Cette invention se caractérise par une partie de sphère ronde possédant un entonnoir et un tuyau. Elle comprend une bouteille pouvant être remplie par le liquide urinal lors de l'utilisation pendant un voyage ou dans Le lit. 1.a partie de sphère a ses côtés recourbés. La bouteille peut être fermée.
US 4,815,151; Ball; 1989/28/03. Cette invention se caractérise par un guide urinaire. Le guide est appuyé sur la personne, sans bassin de canalisation, avec un conduit permettant de diriger le liquide urinal.
L'ensemble est constitué d'une seule pièce.
US 5,091,998; Irazabal; 1992/03/03. Cette invention se caractérise par un entonnoir possédant un tuyau dirigé à q5 degrés. Les rebords supérieurs de l'entonnoir sont moulés de façon à épouser la forme de la partie contactée. Le tuyau est généralement dirigé vers le bas et sert à conduire le liquide urinal vers l'extérieur. Les rebords supérieurs sont recourbés vers l'intérieur. Il n'y a pas dc~ bassin de canalisation.
US 4,936,838; Cross et al.; 1.990/26/06. Cette invention de forme demi-circulaire, faite de plastique moulé à dessus plat et à paliers, a une partie surélevée au niveau de l'arrif~re. Vers le centre de l'appareil, il y a une forme d'entonnoir dont le bout est dirigé vers le bas à l'extérieur. Il n'y a pas de bassin de canalisation.
OBJECTIFS ET AVANTAGES
C'est un objectif général de l'invention d'offrir les avantages suivants:

- la mirai-cuvette sera petite et portative, - la construction sera d'un matériau lavable et durable, - permettre à une femme d'uriner debout sans se déshabiller complètement, - de pouvoir être utilisée en conjonction avec des toilettes existantes publiques ou privées, - d'éliminer les risques de contracter une maladie vénérienne, - de pouvoir être utilisée dans dcs endroits où il n'y a pas de toilettes et ce, en toute occasion (sports, plein air, voyages,...) et en toute saison.
Ä ces fins, c'est un objectif loarticulier de fournir une cuvette comprenant une chambre d'entreposage adaptée à lai région de la vulve, la partie ouverte de la cuvette étant de forme concave, avec des rebords recourbés vers l'intérieur, une partie arrière possédant une bavette de rétention et une partie avant orientée à 45 degrés vers le bas et terminée par une tuyauterie.

DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION

L'appareil sujet de la présente demande comprend les éléments suivants, tels qu'illustrés à la FIG.I. I_e côté avant 40 se prolonge par l'appendice tubulaire 22, selon le même angle d'inclinaison 44. Près du bout de l'appendice tubulaire 22 se trouve un collet externe 43. Ce collet externe présent sur toute la circonférence de l'appendice tubulaire 22, permet de fixer un tuyau flexible au bout de l'appendice tubulaire 22 et donc de prolonger le tube au besoin. On remarque une concavité du haut 50 au niveau de l'ouverture de bassin 34. pour épouser la forme convexe de l'aine d'une utilisatrice, facilitant ainsi le confort de l'utilisatrice.
Dans la FIG.3, on voit une bavette de rétention 46 située près du côté
arrière 42, et on remarque aussi une concavité de côté 51.

SOMMAIRE ET RAMIFICATIONS

Dans une réalisation, la bavette de rétentïon est escamotable: celle-ci comprend une partie horizontale 62, gui vient se placer au niveau du côté
du haut 32 et une partie inclinée 64 roui descend dans le bassin de canalisation 24. La bavette de rétention 46 est insérée en glissant les côtés d'insertion 66 de la partie inclinée 64 dans des coulisses 68 placées à l'intérieur des côtés concave: droit 28 et gauche 26.
La mini-cuvette 20 peut être démontable. Elle peut se séparer en deux parties dans le sens de la longueur, et se rassembler à l'aide d'une paire de joints. Un joint mâle 56 s'insère dans un joint femelle 58.
Les côtés allongés sont concaves et préférablement de concavité d'au moins 0,5 em sur une longueur de côtés de 10 cm. Le côté du haut 32 comprend une concavité du haut 50 de profondeur médiane de l'ordre de 0,5 à 2 cm dans 10 cm pour épouser la forme de l'entrejambe de l'utilisatrice. Les côtés comprennent un rebord anti-reflux droit 36 et un rebord anti-reflux gauche. 38, roui sont préférablement recourbés selon un cercle de 2 à 3 mm de diamétre. hes côtés allongés ont une longueur de 5 à 13 cm et l'appendice tubulaire a une longueur sensiblement égale à
celle du bassin de canalisation 24.
:?a2q871o fl).doc o l- 1 2-.6 L'appendice tubulaire est construit à même le côté avant qui possède un angle d'inclinaison d'environ 30 degrés pour recevoir le jet, poux que le liquide glisse vers l'avant. L'appendice se termine dans un tuyau orienté
selon cet angle d'inclinaison 44. L'appendice tubulaire 22 peut être moulé
à même le côté avant 40. Le tube se termine par l'ouverture d'évacuation 54 pour permettre l'écoulement de l'urine.
En résumé il s'agit d'un bassin de canalisatïon allongé pourvu d'un long bec pour diriger l'urine vers l'avant, avec des côtés concaves pour être retenus entre les cuisses d'une utilisatrice et avec des rebords au haut pour empêcher le jaillissement de l'urine vers l'extérieur. Une amélioration majeure consiste à inclure vers l'arrière du bassin de canalisation une bavette de rétention qui laisse vers le bas une ouverture sur une petite chambre où se comprime l'air par le recul de l'urine et cet air comprimé aide à l'évacuation finale de l'urine du bassin de canalisation.
Comme autre amélioration on peut utiliser du papier hygiénique dans la petite chambre, comme moyen d'étancher la parsie interne du bassin de canalisation. De même on peut pourvoir' une enveloppe pour entreposer la mini-cuvette, enveloppe qui comprend un boîtier 72 ayant une partie arrière 73 formant une gaine 74 à ouverture femelle puis une partie avant 75 ayant un rabat- fermoir 76.
I1 est bien entendu que le mode de réalisation de la présente invention décrit ci-dessus, en référence au dessin annexé, a été donné à titre indicatif et nullement limitatif, et que des modifications et adaptations peuvent être apportées sans que l'objet s'écarte pour autant du cadre de la présente invention.

This invention relates to the field of portable bowls, more specifically for that for female use.
PRIOR ART
Certain patents particularly caught our attention:
US 5,655,229; Horn; 1 997/1: 2/08. This invention is characterized by a part of a round sphere with a funnel and a pipe. She understands a bottle that can be filled with urinal fluid during use while traveling or in bed. 1.a part of sphere has its curved sides. The bottle can be closed.
US 4,815,151; Ball; 1989/28/03. This invention is characterized by a urinary guide. The guide is supported on the person, without a canalization, with a conduit allowing to direct the urinal liquid.
The set consists of a single piece.
US 5,091,998; Irazabal; 1992/03/03. This invention is characterized by a funnel with a pipe directed at q5 degrees. The upper ledges of the funnel are molded to match the shape of the part contacted. The pipe is generally directed downwards and is used to conduct urinal fluid to the outside. The upper edges are curved towards the inside. There is no dc ~ pipeline basin.
US 4,936,838; Cross et al .; 1990/26/06. This half-shaped invention circular, made of molded plastic with flat top and bearings, has a part raised at the level of the arrif ~ re. Towards the center of the device, there is a funnel-shaped with the tip pointing downwards on the outside. There is no pipeline basin.
OBJECTIVES AND BENEFITS
It is a general objective of the invention to offer the following advantages:
The - the mirai-cuvette will be small and portable, - the construction will be of a washable and durable material, - allow a woman to urinate standing without undressing completely, - to be able to be used in conjunction with toilets existing public or private, - to eliminate the risks of contracting a venereal disease, - to be able to be used in places where there is no toilets on all occasions (sports, outdoors, travel, ...) and in all season.
For these purposes, it is a very specific objective to provide a bowl comprising a storage chamber adapted to the region of the vulva, the part bowl open being concave in shape, with curved edges inwards, a rear part having a retention flap and a front part oriented 45 degrees downwards and terminated by a piping.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The device subject of the present application comprises the following elements, as shown in FIG.I. A mirai-cuve 20 has an appendage tubular 22 and a pipeline basin 24. mirai-bowl 20 a The two concave elongated sides: left 26 and a concave side a concave side right 28, tall enough to languish r to conform and tall the crotch, a bottom side 30. It is a top 32 of the pelvis and from pipeline has an opening of 34 for the reception of urine.

This collar external present on the entire circumference of the tubular appendage 22, allows a flexible hose to be attached to the end of the tubular appendage 22 and therefore extend the tube if necessary. We notice a concavity from the top 50 at the level of the basin opening 34. to conform to the convex shape in the groin of a user, thus facilitating the comfort of the user.
In FIG. 3, we see a retention flap 46 located near the side rear 42, and there is also a side concavity 51.

The space between the bottom rib 30 and the retention flap 46 forms a flap opening 49.
FIG.S shows a section of the tubular appendage 22, with a evacuation opening 54 and an embodiment of a manufacturing method, comprising a male seal 56 and a female seal 58.

FIG. 7 illustrates an alternative with an insertable flap 60, one of which horizontal part 62, an inclined part 64. an insertion side 66 intended to engage a slide 68. We can see the right anti-reflux ledges 36 and left 38. The section in section of the pipeline basin 24 shows a flare 52 upwards.
FIG. 8 shows a variant of the flap 60. Removable edges 70 are added to the front of each side of the horizontal part 62. These removable edges 70 are curved and long enough to grip the left concave 2fi and right 28 sides of the pipeline basin 24, at outside. The removable edge> the 70 is placed on a tapered periphery 27 and it is caught on the front part.

SUMMARY AND BRANCHES
A portable feminine mini-bowl 20 comprising, in combination:
- an elongated basin 24, having a left concave side 26, a right concave side 28, a top side 32. the concavity of the sides to retain the mini-bowl between the legs of the user, a bottom side 30, a curved rear side 42 and a front side 40 oriented "-..-. B

at an angle of inclination 44 between 20 and 52 degrees relative to a orientation plan corresponding to the top side:
- a tubular appendage 2.2 extends the front side and follows the angle inclination 44 of about 42 degrees with the bottom of the bowl, - A retention flap 46 disposed near the rear side 42 covering the space between a level coinciding with the top side 32 and the sides elongated concave and having a length of bib short enough to create a flap opening 49 at the level of the bottom side 30. The height bib opening 49: elm preferably 10-35% of the length of the retention flap 46.
In one embodiment, the retentive flap is retractable: this includes a horizontal part 62, which is placed at the side from the top 32 and an inclined part 64 roui descends into the basin of pipe 24. The retention flap 46 is inserted by sliding the insertion sides 66 of the inclined part 64 in slides 68 placed inside the concave sides: right 28 and left 26.
The mini-bowl 20 can be removable. She can split in two lengthwise, and assemble with a pair of joints. A male seal 56 is inserted into a female seal 58.
The elongated sides are concave and preferably of at least concavity minus 0.5 em on a side length of 10 cm. The top side 32 includes a concavity of the top 50 of median depth of the order of 0.5 to 2 cm in 10 cm to match the shape of the crotch the wearer. The sides include a straight anti-reflux rim 36 and a left anti-reflux rim. 38, roui are preferably curved according to a circle of 2 to 3 mm in diameter. hes elongated sides have a length of 5 at 13 cm and the tubular appendage has a length substantially equal to that of the pipeline basin 24.

The appendix ends in an oriented pipe according to this angle of inclination 44. The tubular appendage 22 can be molded on the front side 40. The tube ends with the discharge opening 54 to allow the flow of urine.
In summary, it is an elongated channel basin provided with a long spout to direct urine forward, with concave sides to be held between the thighs of a user and with edges at the top to prevent the outflow of urine. A
major improvement is to include towards the back of the pelvis channeling a retention flap which leaves an opening downwards on a small room where the air compresses by the recoil of urine and this compressed air helps with the final evacuation of urine from the pipe.
As another improvement we can use toilet paper in the small chamber, as a means of sealing off the internal paresis of the pelvis pipe. Likewise, an envelope can be provided to store the mini-bowl, envelope which comprises a housing 72 having a part rear 73 forming a sheath 74 with female opening then a front part 75 having a clasp flap 76.
It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention described above, with reference to the accompanying drawing, has been given as indicative and in no way limitative, and that modifications and adaptations can be made without the object departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A portable feminine mini-bowl (20) comprising, in combination:
- a channel basin (24) before one side of the top (32), open and concave upwards to fit the shape of a vulva, one side at the bottom (30), a rear side (42) of rounded shape and a front side (40) oriented at an acute angle of inclination (44) towards said bottom side and with respect to a general plane coinciding with said upper side (32).
two elongated left (26) and right (28) sides concave in the direction of length and diverging upwards towards said top side;
a tubular appendage (22) disposed in extension with said side before.

2. The mini-bowl of claim 1 including said elongated sides include a straight anti-reflux rim (36) and an anti-reflux rim left (38) curved inward, at the edge of said opening basin (34) to prevent urine from overflowing from said bowl through the high.

3. The mini-bowl of claim 2 comprising a flap of retention (46) disposed towards said rear side (42) and covering the space between a level coinciding with said top side (32) and said sides elongated concave left (26) and right (28) and having a length of bib short enough to create a bib opening (49) at the level said bottom side (30) said flap opening (49) defining a passage for passing and storing excess urine temporarily to prevent it from overflowing through said opening of pelvis (34).

4. The mini-bowl of claim 3 including said height of said flap opening (49) forms 10-35% of said length of said retention flap (46).

5. The mini-bowl of claim 1 including said elongated sides concaves have a side concavity (51) of at least 0.5 cm in 10 cm.

6. The mini-bowl of claim 1 in which said elongated sides have a certain rigidity to maintain said basin opening permanent and said top side (32) includes a top concavity (50) median depth of the order of 0.5 to 2 cm in 10 cm. for follow the shape of a user's crotch.

7. The mini-bowl of claim 1 including said angle of inclination varies between 20 and 60 degrees from said general plan corresponding to said top side.

10. The mini-bowl of claim 1 including said appendix tubular includes an external collar (43) for receiving and retaining an additional drain hose on its outer surface.

The mini-bowl of claim 4 wherein said retention flap (46) is an independent insertable part, comprising a part horizontal (62) which is placed at the level of said top side (32) and an inclined portion (64) which descends into said pipeline basin (24), said flap being installed by sliding said inclined part (64) in slides (68) placed inside said sides concaves of said pipeline basin.

12. The mini-bowl of claim 11 where removable rims (70) are added to the sides of said flap at the height of said side of the high, said removable edges being intended to be inserted on said concave sides of said pipeline basin. to maintain said mud flap in place.

13. The mini-bowl of claim 10, the construction of which is made of two parts joined lengthwise using a pair of seals, one of said parts before a male seal (56) and the other a female seal (58).

14. The mini-bowl of claim 1 comprising a housing made of two parts (74.75) comprising watertight means for preventing a liquid to flow outside when said mini-bowl is in storage and seals (73,76) for bringing said parts together.

15. The mini-bowl of claim 1 including said appendix tubular (22) has a length sufficient to channel a liquid to the outside of a garment.
