Abstract
Un capuchon de bouteille inviolable capable de résister à une rupture par compression comprend une jupe (14) avec un bord inférieur et une bande d'inviolabilité (24) faisant partie intégrante de la jupe et ayant une structure venant en appui sous une bride de retenue (30) sur la bouteille, pour prévenir tout enlèvement ultérieur de la bande. Des ponts cassables (26) relient la bande au bord inférieur de la jupe. Pour éviter la destruction des ponts lorsque le capuchon est poussé en position sur la bouteille, la jupe a une ou plusieurs languettes ou similaire (32) qui descendent et recouvrent une portion de la bande, pour empêcher une expansion diamétrale indésirable de la bande d'inviolabilité lorsqu'elle passe au-dessus de la bride de retenue.
