Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif chargé et couplé, à retardement et intégration, comportant une unité de transfert de charge, une unité de réarmement, un registre à décalage horizontal et une série de colonnes de cellules. Chaque colonne comprend une série d'unités de cellules reliées entre elles en série, définissant un débit de charge en aval se dirigeant vers le registre à décalage horizontal en question. Chaque unité de cellules comporte une cellule photoélectrique et au moins une cellule tampon placée sous la cellule photoélectrique. L'unité de transfert de charge commande le dispositif en transférant la charge en aval entre n'importe laquelle des cellules et en transférant la charge des colonnes de cellules au registre à décalage horizontal. L'unité de réarmement réenclenche les cellules photoélectriques une fois que leur charge accumulée est transférée. Le dispositif permet de commander la période d'exposition des cellules photoélectriques en se servant des cellules tampon comme entrepôt intermédiaire pour les charges des cellules photoélectriques. Il est ainsi possible de réarmer les cellules photoélectriques.
