Abstract
Le dispositif comporte une électrode négative réversible, en contact avec un élément réservoir contenant un électrolyte renfermant le principe actif oligosaccharide anionique, notamment pentasaccharide, sous une forme au moins partiellement ionisée, une électrode positive, seule ou associée à un réceptacle contenant un électrolyte, et un générateur de signaux électriques connectable aux deux électrodes. Le générateur est agencé pour appliquer, entre les électrodes, des signaux électriques de tension moyenne telle que la densité du courant moyen généré entre les électrodes est comprise entre 0,05 et 0.25 mA/cm2.
