Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'article composite à âme en nid d'abeilles, qui consiste à former une âme en nid d'abeilles (24) et une croûte composite précuite (20), pourvue respectivement d'une arête d'âme (32) et d'une bordure de retenue (30). La croûte composite précuite (20) est associée à un élément de moulage rigide pourvu d'une surface de moulage (12s) et l'âme en nid d'abeille (24) et la croûte composite précuite (20) sont assemblées de sorte qu'un sous-ensemble apparié (36) soit formé. Une croûte composite non cuite (22) est disposée au-dessus de l'ensemble apparié (36) de telle sorte qu'une partie périphérique (44) de celle-ci (22) dépasse la bordure de retenue (30) d'une distance X et que cette partie périphérique (44) coïncide avec la surface de moulage (12s) et vienne buter contre elle. L'âme en nid d'abeilles (24), la croûte composite précuite (20) et la croûte composite non cuite (22) définissent une superposition de couches (10) composites sur laquelle on dispose un sac de moulage sous vide (14). La cavité de moule résultante (60) est évacuée de sorte que le sac de moulage sous vide soit poussé contre la croûte composite non cuite (22), et que la partie périphérique (44) vienne en contact avec la bordure de retenue (30) et la surface de moulage (12s). La superposition de couches (10) composites est ensuite cuite de sorte que l'article composite à âme en nid d'abeilles soit obtenu. Ce procédé permet de fabriquer un article composite à âme en nid d'abeilles (24) positionnée avec précision et ne comportant pratiquement pas de distorsions.
