Abstract

Cette invention concerne un mécanisme de distribution permettant de distribuer des étiquettes ayant une surface adhésive sensible à la pression (15) et une surface adhésive revêtue d'un matériau de décollement (16). Un guide (19) permet de guider les étiquettes, qui se présentent comme une bande, le long de surfaces enduites de plasma vers une imprimante (26), puis vers un mécanisme de coupe (27), ceci afin de former des étiquettes discrètes (41) et de distribuer ces dernières. Un éponge mousse à cellules ouvertes essuie l'outil de coupe rotatif à l'aide d'une huile silicone absorbée dans la partie d'essuyage. Un plateau dépasse de l'orifice de sortie (44) du distributeur selon un angle, par rapport à la voie de guidage, permettant de maintenir une étiquette découpée sur le plateau du distributeur. Cette invention peut également comprendre un ensemble moyeu (12) dans lequel le moyeu possède une surface de contact supérieure de 50 % à la surface de contact disponible le long de l'intérieur du mandrin d'alimentation en étiquettes.
