Abstract

La présente invention concerne des substances et des procédés d'obstruction modulable de l'expression d'un gène cible ou de l'effet biologique de son produit génique dans des cellules obtenues par génie génétique ou dans des organismes contenant de telles cellules. Certains aspects de l'invention sont illustrés par les modifications recombinantes des cellules hôtes et par leur utilisation in vitro et in vivo à des fins de blocage modulable de l'expression d'un gène cible, à des fins d'interférence avec la fonction ou l'effet d'un produit génique cible ou à des fins d'élimination modulable du gène cible.
