Abstract

Un frein de secours (R) conçu pour stopper les roues arrière d'un véhicule comprend un ensemble cale de fixation (2) comportant un cadre (34) et une cale de fixation souple (26) supportée par le cadre fixé à la surface inférieure du véhicule. L'ensemble cales de fixation peut se déplacer d'une position rentrée à une position de fonctionnement, la cale de fixation se trouvant entre la roue et le sol afin de stopper le véhicule. La cale de fixation est sensiblement triangulaire et est formée par une surface inclinée courbée en arc (72), de sorte qu'elle vienne contre la roue, une surface plane horizontale (77) et verticale (79). Les surfaces courbées en arc et verticales se terminent en une partie saillante longitudinale (74) qui vient en contact avec la roue lorsque la cale de fixation est en position de fonctionnement. L'ensemble cale de fixation possède une plaque (60) placée sous la roue et conçue pour tirer la cale de fixation à l'horizontale, la partie de son bord avant étant fixée à la surface verticale pour tirer la cale de fixation vers le bas.
