Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un bouchon fileté, en particulier en plastique, destiné à fermer une bouteille ou similaire. Ce bouchon présente une partie filetée cylindrique, pourvue d'un filet femelle destiné à être vissé sur le filet mâle d'un goulot de bouteille, et raccordée, au moyen de points destinés à la rupture, à une bague de sécurité sur laquelle se trouvent des parties saillantes encliquetables, orientées vers l'intérieur et conçues pour venir en contact avec un bourrelet extérieur d'un goulot de bouteille. Le bord libre (14) de la partie cylindrique (3) présente au moins une partie saillante dans le sens axial (15) qui s'emboîte, par liaison de forme dans le sens circonférentiel et de façon amovible dans le sens axial, dans un évidement (17) situé dans le bord opposé de la bague de sécurité (11). Cette denture par liaison de forme permet, lorsque le bouchon fileté est vissé pour la première fois sur le goulot d'une bouteille, que les parties jointives (10) ne soient pas cisaillées sous l'action de couples de rotation excessifs qui pourraient être appliqués, si les parties saillantes encliquetables venaient exercer une contrainte sur le bourrelet extérieur du goulot de la bouteille.
