Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant l'expansion ex vivo de cellules hématopoïétiques, y compris des cellules souches et mères hématopoïétiques, au moyen de cellules de support endothéliales, dans un système de capillaires artificiel (ACS). L'invention concerne également des procédés améliorés de greffe de moelle osseuse. Est également décrit un procédé permettant la stimulation de l'expansion ex vivo de cellules hématopoïétiques, consistant à revêtir les capillaires du système de capillaires artificiel avec un réactif approprié. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de transduction ex vivo de cellules hématopoïétiques en expansion, y compris des cellules hématopoïétiques souches et mères, avec des vecteurs rétroviraux de recombinaison à encapsulation.
