L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de cellules souche hématopoïétiques humaines par sépararion des cellules souche de cellules déterminées au moyen d'un nouveau marqueur de cellules souche. L'invention concerne les cellules obtenues. Les cellules isolées présentent un potentiel prolifératif accru.
