Abstract

Contenant d’expédition télescopique pour articles fragiles, formé d’un matériau en feuille ondulée, incluant une portion supérieure et une portion inférieure, chacune d’elles ayant respectivement une extrémité supérieure et une extrémité inférieure avec une fermeture à volet standard. La portion supérieure se télescope en totalité sur la portion inférieure, afin de doubler efficacement l’épaisseur des parois latérales de l’emballage. La portion interne/externe inclut un revêtement intérieur complet de rembourrage en mousse résiliente pour une meilleure protection des articles contenus dans l’emballage ; l’intérieur du couvercle supérieur est également doublé de manière similaire. Grâce à la formation de chaque portion en plis ou stratifiés doubles de matériau ondulé, les côtés de l’emballage ou contenant fermé incluent efficacement quatre couches ondulées qui, avec le revêtement intérieur en mousse résiliente, assurent une meilleure protection contre la pénétration et l’endommagement de l’emballage. Le matériau ondulé peut être du carton, du plastique, ou un autre matériau en feuille approprié capable d’être formé de manière similaire. Un joint ou une fermeture réutilisable est inclus de sorte que l’emballage puisse être réutilisé, selon le souhait. L’emballage est particulièrement utile pour l’expédition d’ordinateurs et de composants associés, mais peut être utilisé pour l’expédition de virtuellement tout article fragile, selon le rembourrage intérieur spécifique utilisé.
