ABSTRACT

In a process for a frozen beverage, popsicle, or slush; of alcoholic beverages such as wine or beer. It is a new product even though comprised of traditional ingredients and methods. The process is as follows: the alcoholic beverage is poured into a form and frozen or mixed with crushed ice. It is best if consumed while frozen. Sweetener is optional. Also optional is the forming of the beer or wine into the shape or a bottle of beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverage. The option of having a stick as a handle, as is typical of frozen deserts.

Tnere are no frozen alcohoi fiavoured products on the market. :-'The frozen desert comprises of pouring beer, wine, etc., into a mold and freezing the alcoholic beverage in an atmosphere below 0c or 32f-- with a stick at the centre. Once frozen the refreshment is ready to be consumed. -

Claims (2)

1. A process through freezing of an alcoholic beverage such as beer or wine or adding it to crushed ice, to create a new frozen desert or refreshment.
2. An alcoholic frozen desert, or frozen refreshment, whenever produced as outlined in the specification or an obvious equivalent of this process.
