Abstract

Cette invention concerne une fermeture (11) de contenant (10) comportant une bande témoin d'inviolabilité (22) munie d'une bague de retenue (29) ajourée qui est articulée à sa rive inférieure (30). La bague de retenue comporte une série d'ouvertures (36) qui se prolongent vers sa rive libre (32) sans l'atteindre. Lorsque cette bague est relevée vers sa position opérante, sa rive libre se déforme pour réduire les forces de compression, ce qui permet à une poussée directe vers le bas rabattre la bague. Par suite de la déformation, la bague en position opérante peut présenter une section polygonale plutôt que circulaire, fonction du nombre et de la taille relative des ouvertures.
