Abstract

Ce dispositif d'embrayage mécanique à validation électrique oblige une opération manuelle supplémentaire afin de permettre à la partie électrique de fonctionner sous un très faible courant. Ce système, utilisé dans une serrure, comprend un boîtier dans lequel se retrouvent la serrure, les piles, le circuit électronique et le mécanisme d'embrayage ci-haut nommé. Ce dernier est formé d'un cylindre fixé au boîtier dans lequel une tige cylindrique peut tourner librement mais qui peut agir en translation de façon limitée, d'une part par une buté fixe et d'autre part par une buté mobile agissant comme premier mécanisme de blocage. Cette dernière recule lorsque la tige est tirée et elle peut être bloquée dans cette position par une dent, appartenant à un levier qui pivote sur un axe et qui cherche à s'approcher de la buté mobile lorsque cette dernière recule, constituant ainsi le deuxième mécanisme de blocage. Mais le levier peut être empêché d'avancer par la plaque mobile d'un petit relais si le système n'est pas validé. Si validé, la dent empêche la buté mobile de bouger, permettant ensuite à la tige d'avancer pour faire la jonction avec le reste du dispositif à embrayer. Un bouton supplémen-taire permet l'embrayage manuel lorsque désiré pour, par exemple, barrer la porte en sortant, sans avoir à actionner le système électrique.
