La présente invention consiste en un abri de type membran-ne sans bâti de support, servant a recouvrir les arbustes et en assurer durant la saison froide leur protection con-tre le vent, la glace, et particulièrement la neige prove-5 nant du déneigement de rues, laquelle contient des produitschimiques dont le chlorure de calcium utilisé pour le dégla-cement de la chaussée, produits qui sont noçifs et qui con-duisent au dépérissement des arbustes d'ornementation.
La méthode la plus courramment utilisée pour assurer cette 10 protection consiste en l'utilisation d'une membranne de pro-tection, le plus souvent de la iute, installée sur un bâti ou directement enroulée sur l'arbuste et maintenu en place par des cordes. Des filets de nylon ou quelquefois simple-ment des cordes sont aussi utilisés pour maintenir les bran-15 ches. Ces méthodes sont d'un travail long et fastidieux etdans la majorité des cas n'accordent qu'une protection rela-tive et partielle.
Il est reconnu que les arbustes d'ornementation sont de plus en plus exposés à un agent chimique très noçif qui 20 est le chlorure de calcium produit épandu dans les rues comme déglaceur et que l'on retrouve sur les arbustes a-près les travaux de déneigement particulièrement dans les municipalités, de plus en plus nombreuses, ou la neige de déneigement n'est pas transportée mais plutôt soufflée sur 25 les parterres. Les arbustes les plus exposés étant évidem-ment les haies de bordure.
La présente invention consiste précisément en une chemise de protection qui peut être faite de différents matériels dont une membranne conçue pour la protection des arbustes.
30 Il est facile de constater que de plus en plus les dimen-sions des arbustes d'ornementation tendent vers des stan-dards et que l'utilisation d'arbustes nains est de plus en plus fréquente.
- 20~4715 Or, cette chemise de protection a été concue pour tenir compte de cette particularité et fabriquée de faSon 'a pouvoir s~ajuster facilement à plusieurs dimensions d~ar-bustes avec une même dimension de chemise. Elle comporte 5 donc à sa partie haute une cheminée de ventillation qui perment une circulation constante de l'air, une ouvertu-re d'entrée à sa base complétée par une gaine et une la-nière d'étranglement permettant d~enserrer l'ouverture contre le tronc et une ouverture de bas en haut pour en 10 faciliter l'installation. I1 est aussi prévu un moyen permet-tant de resserrer la membranne sur l'arbuste lequel moyen 15 est une gaine fabriquée à même la membrane et une baguet-te d'enroulement s'insérant dans la dite gaine et qui est par la suite tournée sur elle-même avec la gaine, cette o-pération permettant de réduire le diamêtre du sac pour l'a-dapter au diamètre de l'arbuste et l'enserrer plus ou 20 moins selon le nombre de tours effectués. Une ou des la-nières d~attache enroulées contre le membrane de revête-ment empêchant ainsi la gaine de se dérouler.
Les principaux avantages de cette invention sont, la fasi-lité et la rapidité d'installation, la possibilité d~adap-25 ter un sac de protection d~une grandeur déterminée a plu-sieurs diamètres d'arbustes, la possibilité d'un enserre-ment plus ou moins grand et finalement une protection qua-si totale.
Dans cette invention il a été aussi conçu une couverture 30 de protection pour les haies et plus particulièrement les haies de cêdre, laquelle consiste en l'utilisation d~une 20~4715 membrane sectionelle sur lesquelles sections sont fixéesdes attaches qui peuvent être des bandes de velcro et qui permettent de maintenir entre elles les sections. Ces sec-tions sont aussi munies d~une gaine a chaque bout permet-5 tant d'y insérer cable ou tiges, le cable étant retenu ausol par son arrimage sur des crochets prévus à cet effet et dont la partie inférieure de chacun est enfoncée dans le sol, les tiges étant retenues au sol par des attaches ajustables ancrées à des crochets de sol de même nature 10 que ceux mentionnés précédemment, les dites attaches per-mettant de tendre plus ou moins les sections de membranne recouvrant la haie, ces attaches pouvant être de différents matériels dont de la corde, de l'élastique ou des ressorts.
Une tige anti-brise est aussi prévue pour installation a 15 différents endroits de la haie et sert à retenir la mem-branne contre les parois de la haie par le moyen d'une plaque pouvant être faite de différents matériaux dont le plastique laquelle plaque possède une ouverture d'un dia-mètre légèrement plus petit que celui de la tige sur la-20 quelle elle est insérée par pression. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
25 En se référant a la figure 1 de l'invention il est illustré
une chemise de protection 10 caractérisée par la cheminée de ventillation 11, l'ouverture 12 de bas en haut servant a faciliter l'installation, la dite ouverture 12 étant mu-nie sur un coté d'une gaine 13 servant a recevoir la ba-30 guette d'enroulement 19, et munie sur l'autre coté d'unebande jumelle 14. La gaine 13 et la bande jumelle 14 sont munis de moyens d'attache sur une de leur face, les dits moyens d'attache 15a et 15b pouvant être des bandes 2~71~

Une ouverture de base 16 a aussi été prévue pour façiliter l'installation, laquelle ouverture est munie d'une gaine 17 et d'une lanière d'étranglement 18 la dite lanière servant à refermer l'ouverture 16 par 5 traction sur chacun des bouts de la lanière 18 complé-tant ainsi l'installation.
En se reférant a la figure 2 de l'invention, il est illus-tré une chemise de protection 10 installée en position re-10 fermée, la gaine 13 étant retenue a la bande jumelle 14par les attaches l5a et 15b, la dite gaine 13 étant en po-sition pour reçevoir la baguette d'enroulement 19.
En se référant a la figure 3 de l'invention, il est illus-tré une chemise de protection 10 vue dans sa position ins-15 tallée et enserrée. la gaine 13 ayant reçu la baguetted'enroulement 19, les dites gaine 13 et baguette 19 ayant été enroulées jusqu'a enserrement de la membrane de la chemise 10 sur l'arbuste, le tout étant retenu par les la-nières d'attache 20. Cette figure illustre aussi l'entrée ; 20 du bas 16 en position d'étranglement par le resserrement de la gaine 17 en tirant sur chacun des bouts de la laniè-re 18.

En se référant a la figure 6 de l'invention il est illus-5 tré des moyens d'attache 15a et 15b qui sont des bandesvelcro fixées par moyen de couture ou autrement, sur la façe de la gaine 13 et de la bande jumelle 14, servant a fixer l'une a l'autre la gaine 13 et la bande jumelle 14 par moyen de pression. D'autres moyens d'attache non illus-10 trés peuvent être utilisés comme par exemble de la ferme-ture-éclair. Il est aussi illustré la baguette d'enroule-ment 19 insérée dans la gaine 13.
En se référant a la figure 7 de l'invention, il est illus-tré un gros plan de la gaine 13 et de la bande jumelle 14 15 ainsi que la baguette d'enroulement 19 dans leur position complêtement enroulée.
En se référant a la figure 8 de l'invention, il est illus-tré une vue en perspective de la présente invention démon-trant la baguette d'enroulement 19 montrée ici comme une 20 baguette pleine devant mesurer sensiblement la même lon-geur et le même diamètre que la gaine 13 dans laquelle el-le doit s'insérer. Cette baguette d'enroulement 19 pour-rait prendre aussi la forme d'un profilé ou d'un corps creux et peut être fabriquée de différents matériaux dont 25 le bois et le plastique.
En se référant a la figure 9 de l'invention il est illus-tré une vue en perspective d'une variation de fabrication de la membrane de protection démontré par la membrane 21 caractérisée par ce qu~elle possède une cheminée 22 servant 30 d'orifice de ventillation pour l'arbuste, d'une ouverture d'entrée 23 a la base, complétée d'une gaine 24 servant a recevoir la lanière d'étranglement 25. En se référant a la figure 10 de l'invention, il est il-lustré une vue en perspective d'un abri pour haies, fabri-qué a partir de sections de membrane 26, recouvrant com-5 plètement la haie sur un coté et le dessus et partielle-ment sur l'autre coté. Cet abri est caractérisé par ses moyens d'attache au sol et sur la membrane qui sont, du coté rue, la gaine 27 servant à recevoir le cable 28 qui est ancré au sol aux anneaux des tiges de sol 29, lequel 10 cable 28 est ensuite tendu au besoin puis attaché.
En se référant a la figure 11 de la présente invention il est illustré une vue en perspective d'un abri pour haies mor,tré du coté jardin et qui nous démontre les mo-yens d'attache et de tension qui sont, la gaine 30 ser-15 vant a recevoir la tige ou tubulaire 31 laquelle tigeest a différents points accrochée par le cable ou l'élas-tique de tension 32 lequel est ensuite ancré dans les an-neaux des tiges de sol 29 pour être ensuite tendu au be-soin, l'espace non-recouvert au bas de haie étant celui 20 nécessaire a l'ajustement de la membrane 26 et a la ten-sion des attaches 32. Il est aussi illustré sur cette fi-gure et traversant la haie ainsi que la membrane 26, une tige anti-brise 35 et sa plaque de retenue 36.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to FIG. 1 of the invention, it is illustrated a protective jacket 10 characterized by the chimney ventilation 11, the opening 12 from bottom to top serving to facilitate installation, said opening 12 being multiple denies on one side of a sheath 13 used to receive the bat-30 winding spout 19, and provided on the other side with a twin strip 14.
